If you're going to stay in Syracuse, NY you have to stay at this hotel. Ask for a top floor and enjoy the amazing views, especially at night. Great customer service all around. The property was recently renovated but the rooms are small and not kept up very well. The hallways that lead to the rooms need a good cleaning. Lobby was very nice. Parking was terrible as the garage was closed. more
