We stayed here one night on the way from thr Berkshires to Toronto. The lobby was fairly nice, but I could smell smoke right away. The room had two queen beds, the bedding and towels were actually not bad. The room smelled of stale smoke. The room was not clean -- the tile had spills on it and was not... more

My parents, brother and sis-in law visited me for my graduation at Syracuse Univ. Clarion Inn was about 15 minutes from the campus, very very courteous staff. Main desk was so helpful, Beth in particular. Rooms were very comfortable, beds were nice, very clean restroom. Manager and the entire staff made us feel very homely. more

While traveling across the thruway we had a hard time locating a vacancy at area hotels. After stopping many times we found a vacancy at this Holiday Inn. All that were left were smoking rooms so they upgraded us free to a business room. This type of room seemed appropriate for the price they quoted for the regular room. So... more

Keep looking for another hotel nearby! Holiday Inn was not great, nothing really terrible, but lots of little things that made this not a great hotel choice. The Hotel is pretty out dated, they where redoing the out side while I was there, but that doesn’t help the old run down look on the inside and the rooms. We only... more

We contacted this hotel on our own to have a group party. I have to say right from the beginning right to the end they were fantastic! They treated the everyone in our group wonderful and did everything just as they said they would. The room was nice and big and was clean. We rented the ballroom and they did... more

We stayed there w/a large group this weekend, one of our friends said they were pleasantly suprised w/the hotel as the reviews they read here were not good, I asked what they were talking about and heard about this site, I rarely take the time to give a review, but felt that after staying in a great room, recieving wondeful... more

I am a very frequent guest at Holiday Inn properties all over North America (PriorityClub Platinum). The quality of this property has steadily declined over the last twenty years. On my last stay in September 07 the room was shabby at best, including visible mold growing inside the airconditioner vent! To add insult to injury the hotel placed an unauthorized... more

My husband and I live local, and tried to get a overnight getaway. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on Farrell Road. DO NOT ever go there. We reserved a Jaccuzzi room, and the stupid thing was falling apart. The smoke alarm had a low battery, and I awoke to ants in my luggage from the bathroom. Awful. So they... more

I had to stay here for business for the past 4 nights. Due to Salmon fishing season in Oswego, this was the closest hotel. The room was clean , small for 2[ 2 dbl beds not queen], with aged towels. We asked for more towels and they were delivered. On day 2 and day 4 no soap was left in... more

I'll start with the nice ... the rooms themselves were comfortable, although in need of a little maintenance. The rest of the hotel was awful! Dark, dank, smelly, small hallways snaking everywhere (getting to your room was a bit like the Death March to Bataan!), nasty little restaurant with too few waitresses. We travel a lot for business and usually... more
