I stayed here for one night for a business trip. As soon as got into the room, there was a strange smell. Combination of body odor and stale air. Seemed like it had to dowith the air conditioning. As I got into bed, I noticed a lot of black hairs all in the sheets of the bed. Flipping over the... More

Great downtown location. Right in the heart of Syracuse. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We stayed on the top floor which was very quiet. Valet parking was available for $10 per night. Leave the car in the garage and explore the abundant night life.

We have stayed at this location twice in the past year. It is very convenient to many downtown restaurants, bars as well as the Landmark Theater and the MOST. We recommend hitting up Kitty Hoynes when you are there. Great little Irish pub that has live music on the weekends and very good food. The staff at this location are... More

We value guest comments and I have shared your remarks with our Housekeeping, Front Desk and Valet teams. I look forward to welcoming you back the next time you're in Syracuse.... More

This courtyard is located in a pretty run down part of the city which might explain it's condition. Don't get me wrong, it appeared basically clean but the room just had an "old" feel to it. The carpeting appeared old and so did the bedding. Again, the room was clean but for 200 dollars a night, it was not worth... More

I appreciate your comments regarding your recent stay at the Courtyard in Armory Square. Fresh, clean, modern and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the heart of the historic district. Valet parking. Lots of excellent dining within walking distance. The Courtyard and the Residence Inn share the same building.

We stayed for an overnight during my daughter's college reception. The hotel is right downtown in a great restaurant district. The staff was friendly. It was clean and comfortable. Pricing was ridiculously steep (we were able to get a great one night rate)....especially when the students return in the fall, so we won't be returning.

This hotel is in what seems to be a hip, gentrifying area but isn't far from neighborhoods that have seen better days. The rooms are modern and attractive and the bathrooms are great -- they actually have shelf space where you can stash toiletries rather than have them strewn all over the sink. The shower (no tub) was large and... More

We appreciate your kind review. While our central location does offer easy access to Syracuse's best restaurants and museums, our urban setting can unfortunately result in limited parking. Our valet service is designed to allow our guests to explore Syracuse without the added stress of parking. I do apologize for any inconvenience you encountered and hope you'll choose the Courtyard... Where to start. When we first arrive, everything seemed ok. Then we noticed the toilet was blocked. Called front desk to send someone to fix the problem. Well they fixed the problem but didn't clean up after themselves and left a disgusting mess on the seat. Called front desk again to send someone to clean the toilet. Afterwards, we decide... More

This property while pleasant enough increases its rates to almost 2.5 times the normal rate during Syracuse graduation weekend. I dont begrudge making a bit more during an event weekend but this level of price increase seems excessive. The rooms are small and the king room is considerably smaller than the queen double room. Bathrooms are average and the overall... More

Needed a hotel for a visit to Syracuse. Could not get a room because of some gymnastics event. Finally found this Courtyard. Had to use a lot of points but it worked out. Valets were a great source of information on the area and room was clean and comfortable. On the sixth floor on a Saturday night but only heard... More
