We booked a long term stay at the B&B wellington and were essentially treated like family by the hosts, Wendy and Ray. They are sweet and kind, and do everything they can to make their guests' stay comfortable. Highly recommended! The B&B itself is an old building, but maintained well. The interior is warm and inviting, lots of interesting pieces... More

Wendy and Ray were incredibly hospitable from the second we walked into door. They had Maps for Syracuse, lists for local restaurants and attractions and knew how to find everything we were looking for. Our hosts were very personable and made for an excellent first visit to Syracuse. Our room had a private bath (most do), access to a porch,... More

Enjoyed a night here before going on Mid-Lakes Navigation Erie Canal cruise. Beautiful historic home, wonderful breakfast, great hosts. Short drive to restaurants (Little Italy), loved the 2nd floor screened porch and the stocked frig/snack closet for guests was a nice extra you don't usually find. Since I am covering a masonry heater with newly-purchased Moravian pottery tiles ("Mercer tiles"),... More

Do not use this B& B, this B&B does not consider honoring there resversations if your not a customer who has used there B&B continuously for more then 5 years, your out of luck. I requested a large room 1 year ago and was told today, that they gave the room away because I am not a customer for a... More

I stayed here for the State Fair. It is less than a 10 minute drive and really close to the big mall. There is a good Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance. The hosts, Wendy and Ray, are very courteous and will give you as much information as you want. Very good breakfast too.

My husband and I went up to spend a weekend with our daughter at ESF. Wendy and Ray made the weekend extra special - giving us good advice on local apple picking and running routes. They are wonderful hosts and experts on Syracuse. Breakfast was a wonderful selection every day, but the highlight has to be the most amazing rosemary... More

We had a very enjoyable stay at this historic home owned by Wendy and Ray, the most hospitable owners. They were pleasant and helpful but not intrusive. Their home was immaculate with considerable amenities, privacy, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious room had a balcony overlooking a quiet treed street. Parking was convenient. The breakfast was... More

My husband and I came to Syracuse this past weekend to attend the Syracuse Nationals ( the largest car show in the northeast ) so we were looking for a B&B that was close enough to the fairgrounds, yet in a quiet neighborhood ( it fit the bill, about 15 minutes away ). Upon arrival, my first impression was that... More

My 2 sister-in-laws and I stayed at the Wellington recently and were completely in love with the house and the hosts. This place far exceeded our expectations. Even thought we only stayed one night, we felt like family by the time we left. Ray and Wendy do an exceptional job of making sure the guests are taken care of.
