We loved everything about this boutique hotel. Our deluxe king room was spacious and very clean. Great if you need to add a roll-away bed or crib. Very close to SU campus with free parking in the hotel lot. The front desk also serves as concierge, and can get stretched during busy periods, but overall service is helpful and efficient.... More

Beautiful hotel, lovely, bright room. 5 minutes from SU and M street at a bargain. We had a spacious King room on second floor. Unfortunately, we were near the stairs and the staff room. The room literally shook every time someone closed a door. The walls are thin, floors creaky--you can hear every movement. I'd stay again, but would ask... More

Usually have stayed at the Sheraton in the past, but will switch to Skyler going forward. Stayed in two rooms, a Treehouse suite and a Queen. Very modern and spacious rooms. Great shower. No onsite restaurant but a very short walk to M-Street where a variety of food/drink options are. Room on the first floor definitely had more noise, might... More

This hotel was wonderful. The location to the SU campus can't be beat. It was nice to be able to walk around and get wherever I needed to be in just a few minutes, or to hop back to the hotel between meetings. The room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable, the temperature was easy to regulate and the... More

I stayed at the Skyler while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. It was a great decision. The hotel bar was inviting, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was several steps above a typical conference/hotel overnight.

The BF and I booked one night here when we spontaneously decided to go out to Armory Square for New Year's Eve. We booked through the Hotel Tonight app and got a great deal. The room was amazing! Very trendy/modern. The huge walk-in shower was probably the best feature. Very pleased/impressed w the Eco-friendly bath products too. Free shuttle to/from... More

Converted from what was formerly a temple, then a theatre, the Hotel Skyler has a lovely quirky feel to it but they've done an excellent job in making it a comfortable hotel as well as making it as environmentally friendly as possible with a low carbon footprint. Our room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Very nice... More

Great hotel for a visit to Syracuse University, located just on the edge of campus, and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and highways. More pricey than other hotels I've stayed in nearby (and which also include breakfast; the Skyler does not), but I tried it after getting a good deal on hotels.com. Unique lobby with stained glass windows from an... More

Stayed for 1 night, and we had great room, very clean and safe. We had a great experience, free parking and wifi, but at $170 with no breakfast, it's kinda pricey compared to other options, will likely try another hotel before we come back.

First everyone that works in the hotel is super sweet and nice. My issues are the following: while I love the LEED platinum idea, certain things don't make sense: Mu room's hotel's phone didn't work, so if there was an issue, you couldn't call the desk. The bathroom was super cold, and they didn't have basic things: Mouth wash, qtips,... More
