I've stayed here about a year ago and really enjoyed it, so I thought I'd come back. At check in Ashley was awesome - immediately I knew the quality of the hotel hadn't changed one bit. I got a really nice room. Really enjoy the fact that this is a leed platinum building. The only downside is that the bar... More

What a cool hotel. Nice fireplace in the lobby ( especially when temps outside are minus 5), rooms are a bit small but well done. Super comfy bed, big flat panel tv, and nice modern bathroom. Only negative was noise from room up stairs (creaking floor), but not a major issue. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if your visiting... More

The staff here really go out of their way to accommodate guests' needs! Really above and beyond hotels costing many times more. Highly recommended. Drove through Syracuse on way to Niagara Falls from the City and ended up at this hotel for the evening. What a great surprise! Blocks from the University, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel has a great history having been a temple and then a theatre at different times. We got a King room which was enormous! The... More

Oh...my...gosh what a nice hotel. The hotel is LEED certified and meticulously cared for. The hotel is very close to the cluster of hospitals and we were staying because of a parent's medical procedure. Needless to say, the stay was extended due to complications but that was no real problem for the staff. They bent over backwards to help us.... More

Minutes from campus, this cool Eco-friendly hotel has comfy beds, quiet hallways & gorgeous stained glass in the main foyer. Great pillows, great TV options & clean, stylish bathrooms. Strangely, there's no helpful information in their 'Helpful Information' binder and there doesn't seem to be many nice food options in the immediate area.

Cute trendy hotel for the area. The location is so close to SU. The room was large and comfortable and easy parking. There's a little bar in the lobby and they make good lattes! We'll stay here for SU weekends.

Myself and some family members needed a room for the night as a relative was transferred quite late at night to the hospital. While the room were very clean and eco friendly, I found it to be a little on the expensive side considering it's the kind of place you'd expect gourmet coffee in the rooms but there wasn't any... I chose this hotel after reviewing area hotels. I chose this hotel based on other reviews and proximity to SUNY ESF. I would surely stay here again. My 3rd floor room was amazing. The high ceilings and general atmosphere were phenomenal. Bathroom was larger than most hotels, and the room was also spacious. Nice size flat screen on the wall,... More

I stayed at Hotel Skyler during a college visit with my daughter. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and quite serene.
