My hubby had been to Syracuse before on business but we came as a couple this trip (my first time) as he was participating in the Ironman Syracuse 70.3 event. We are so glad we booked our stay at Ophelia's Garden Inn! Hosts Annie and David were so friendly and helpful. We trailered our motorcycle up with us as we... More

A property with a lot of history and very friendly owners. Enjoyed being made 'part of the family' for the 2 days we were there. Very eclectic decorations that you could spend days looking at all their collections. Lovely country garden in the middle of the city.

My honey & I were taking a trip to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo and decided to stay the night in the area. Ophelia's Garden Inn (B&B) is right around the corner. (You could walk!) After the Zoo we had lunch at the Brooklyn Pickle and then later that night dinner at Coleman's Irish Pub. Everything within walking distance. Anyways, the... More

Ophelia's Garden Inn was perfect for my little trip to Syracuse during the NY State Fair. Both Ophelia and her husband, David, were wonderful hosts in assisting us with valuable tips to make the most of our time at the Fair. Their inn was warm, welcoming and a feast for the eyes. Everything was appointed with grace and style including... More

My wife and myself spend 3 wks with Annie and David. There are no words to express the breakfast that they prepared for my wife who because of meds. needed a special diet. They were very helpful with information as to where to visit in the area etc. while there they had a family get together and insisted that we... More

Ophelias Bed and Breakfast is a warm, comfortable and beautiful place where guests are treated like family. The hosts are very accomidating and they are both great cooks! My daughter and I have stayed here several times and feel very comfortable and "at home" at Ophelias B and B.

We called and spoke with Ophelia about a room at her Garden Inn and were told that there was one room left with a private bath. What we got was a room with a bathroom across the foyer and down the hall that other guests could use during their breakfast - awkward! While Annie and David seem quite charming their... More

I responded to these guests directly after their "review" as much of their info. was inaccurate. I was taken back a bit since they booked this room hours before they arrived ( I had one room left for one night...on one of the busiest weekends in Syracuse) I not only accommodated them, I didn't charge them the premium price that... Had another wonderful stay at Ophelia's Garden Inn, with more time to explore the area and see some of its charms. Once again, Annie and David were delightful and accommodating hosts, and my room completely comfy and cozy. Both mornings, I had breakfast by myself in the lovely garden, eating a simple meal of eggs and toast, along with some... More

I stayed again at this marvelous inn (B&B) and had a wonderful time despite a difficult business trip. Annie and David let me check in early and then go attend to business. At the end of the day was I ever happy to plunk down in this bastion of serenity, beauty, and delight. Annie and David are wonderful, helpful, and... More

My husband and I stayed with Annie and David for 4 nights while in Syracuse for our niece's graduation. It was a wonderful first time B & B experience. Annie and David are very welcoming and respectful of your privacy. The breakfast was delicious, the company delightful and the dogs made us feel right at home. We look forward to... More
