I chose this hotel for its convince and price for the Syracuse Half Marathon that my son was running. Location is great for the runners. It was his first time staying alone in a hotel. He said that it was a great location especially he was able to just warm up down to the start line and to any other... More

Plus: down town location, free wi-fi, free parking, friendly staff Downside: rooms are beginning to show their age. The hotel is old: there is no escaping that fact. The rooms and building are testament to that - but it is an old property and therefore guests have to make allowances. That said, for an Econolodge, it was far from the... More

It''s just an average right-off-downtown place, and frankly a little high-priced, but that might just be the area. Yet, at least the front desk backed me up when I was getting poor, dismissive service from a pizza place that had advertised with flyers in the lobby. Their phone attitudes were dismissive and they took so long coming that the desk... More

It was really unforgettable night staying at your hotel. Wonderful staff cared about us relentlessly They did not let as to feel lonely, so all night long we feel like we share the bed with some mysterious insects, which were biting us all night. At the check-out we were only charged for people. Unexpected night visitors were not included in... More

Was disappointed in this hotel. The beds barely seemed like doubles and soft as heck, when one of us moved you had to be careful not to bounce the other off. There was black mold on the ceiling above toilet, a dark mold looking ring in toilet bowl, the was no bathtub, only a shower and there was mold on... More

Three words: bed bugs galore! The moment you lie down, the microscopic creepies start for your leg,and you feel their ascent, and then you feel the wave of bites. Better to experience the above during the day time, while conscious, and you can still make a hotel change versus at three in the morning, while in rem sleep, as you... More

Don't expect luxury in this, the lowest priced hotel in downtown Syracuse. Location is great, right off interstate 81. You can walk to anything downtown like Clinton Square, Dinosaur BBQ, Niagara Mohawk Power deco building or the Armory restaurant area. The hotel staff were ok but not always knowledgeable. My safe didn't work and I had to wait until the... More

My experience was not like other people who found it dusty, dirty, etc. The room was actually very clean (maybe the owners learned something from the reviews). In the night, however, the person I was with got a suspicious bite... draw your own conclusions. Had it not been for that bite, however, I would have had nothing negative to say... More

I felt quite uncomfortable in this room due to the lack of cleanliness. There was a layer of dust on the clock radio, the toilet seat was stained as was the basin and there were broken tiles outside the shower. The carpet looked so dingy I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. The breakfast was very basic.... More

Please, do yourselves a favor and do NOT stay here. Place was gross...It felt dirty and looked dingy. Terrible location. At night, I could feel little things biting at my legs. It was disgusting. I stayed here with my kids and I felt horrible that I chose such a terrible place. There was breakfast in the morning and that was... More
