Please, do yourselves a favor and do NOT stay here. Place was gross...It felt dirty and looked dingy. Terrible location. At night, I could feel little things biting at my legs. It was disgusting. I stayed here with my kids and I felt horrible that I chose such a terrible place. There was breakfast in the morning and that was... More

The condition of the bathroom upon check-in; pubic hair on the floor, dried dark yellow urine on the outside bottom of the toilet, black mold-filled shower, rust in the sink itself. The shower stall was completely tiled, with small tiles on the floor, which of course can lead to mold if not cleaned regularly, which apparently they are are not.... More

Hotel is very tired. There are no drink making facilities in the rooms. Sirens sounding all night from police cars. Reception staff very pleasant and much nicer than one particular hotel I know where I paid several times as much

We get to this hotel after a 6 hour drive. We get to the room and it stinks of smoke after being told it was a non smoking room. Not that bad... or so we thought. From there it just got worse. Our next room was upstairs and smelt like dog piss. There were some hairs on the bed that... More

The only budget hotel in downtown Syracuse. The hotel is a short walk from downtown. The service is great but the property is outdated and really needs to be renovated. My room was clean but the shower drain was slow. Rooms are along an outdoor corridor. Windows in most rooms face the corridor making it impractical to open the shades.... More

This is the second year in a row I have stayed here on my annual trip to the Syracuse area. The events I was attending were in Fayetteville, but the hotels there are much more expensive. It is also the lowest price hotel I found in downtown Syracuse. Yes, you can see street people in the area. But, as other... More

The service was top notch and friendly, the beds and facilities were comfy and clean, but the place is serious need of updating. We skipped the continental breakfast in favor of a local diner, so i can't fairly comment on that.

The good: Close to Syracuse University-5 minute drive. Inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels. Receptionist very helpful (even with our midnight check-in). The bad: No coffee maker or iron in room (did have microwave and refrigerator). Old decor and furniture. The ugly: Out of tissues. Toilet paper holder wouldn't stay closed thus paper kept falling on floor. Old felt-like carpeting. The... More
