NO AC/Air in rooms, was moved 4 times in 2 days, Found bloody sheet/bed in last room, unclean. Had a fire alarm at 2:30 in the morning and 2nd, 3rd floors stunk with electrical smoke our second night and all power was out. had to pack family by flashlight. Our stay just sucked. I will say the desk help tried... more

Awful, just awful. This hotel has been going down hill for many years. It needs a major overhaul. more

So many kinds of wrong here, where do I begin. I arrive and it takes 20 minutes to complete checkin because manager kept rudely walking away to chat on the phone. Finally I'm given a key and given vague directions to the third floor. First thing I notice is a huge pool right beyond the lobby which the whole hotel... more

Stay away from this dump ! Musty-gym like odor soon as you walk in should give you a hint. Feeling like you are in a Alfred Hitchock set should also give you a hint. Old TV that most of us have thown away at least 3 or 4 years ago in the rooms. The thermostat didn't work in the room... more

A classic motel. I found it a little odd having the pool where it was, but I liked it being different. The room was a little dated, but was comfortable and air con worked well. The room was also very clean. The main plus for this hotel is its proximity to the Woodbury Common outlets (less than 20 miles). Breakfast... more

what a lovely surprise - since living in the area for many years and believing that this hotel catered to mostly business clients, this recently refurbished hotel was great. from the friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff, to the very clean and comfortable room, my stay was lovely. adding to my satisfaction (and I have stayed in several other motels/hotels in... more

My third stay at this facility was the same as the other 2. It is an easy place to get to and conveniently located at the 87/287 connection. The room was clean, the area was safe, and it worked. more

I really was skieved by this hotel. To start, pool is just about directly in the lobby. Also, there is an aquarium with little parrotkeets in the lobby - stange thing for a hotel lobbty. Entire hotel is humid, muggy and moldy. Rooms were somewhat clean but smell moldy and the bathrooms have definite mold spots. Refused to eat there... more

The room was pretty clean could have been better. We were kept up until 3:00 a.m. because of loud guests in the hallways from maybe a wedding or some other party. It was very humid because of the indoor pool. The buffet for breakfast was definitly not worth what you paid for it. more

This is without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet and rooms are filthy, I skived. The first two rules at the pool were no urinating and no defecating. I mean do you actually have to tell people that. My son went to put his foot in the pool and I ran to stop... more
