Lovely hotel with a flair of elegance that would lead one to believe that the room rates would be much higher than they are. The Keurig coffee maker in the room was the icing on the cake. Perfect coffee while getting dressed in the morning. Front desk personnel were very personable. Clean room.

Based on these facts and incident with the hotel's shuttle, I can't rate this hotel higher because of their lame excuses and sloppy shuttle service. The hotel and staff were very pleasant and professional. We did have a problem with a door not locking but the staff was able to relocate us to another room right away. Since we were traveling with other family we ended up being away on a different floor.

We paid for double occupancy room, recieved single bed. There was construction going on, within steps of our room which we were not advised about. There was a trash bag in our room with empty beer bottles.

I was there with my daughter and grandson. Pleasantly surprised when the crib was already in the room when we got there. The staff was. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't see that if you fill out their survey you get a free breakfast until after we paid...And they didn't hesitate to refund the $30. I'd gladly stay there again.

Hotel located at Staten Island NY. Which basically located far from main NY attractions. Recommend to rent out a car to commute easier and cheaper around NY. Hotel was clean with supportive and helpful staff. Food was ok. Many free parking lots available. Rooms are spacious hilton style. Overall stay was such a great experience.
