The hotel is ok, in terms of location, rooms are very small but nice. My few complains about the hotel are: its very noisy, they provide the worse breakfast I have seen in a hotel, wifi doesn't work and they don't have enough towels. About the noise, I don't think they can do much, maybe insulate windows better. BUT about... More

We stayed at the Ramada on Staten Island during our visit to New York in April 2014. During our stay we were very impressed with Robbie and Sonny, two brothers that work at the front desk in the lobby. We witnessed their tremendous patience and interpersonal skills and they interacted with other guests. Both of these fine young men were... More

The location had me a bit scared but this hotel was great. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is a bit to get to Manhattan but the staff helped us figure it out. Two employees went above and beyond and surprise, they are related. Robbie was always helpful and informative. Not once did I feel like I was bothering... More

My mother and I recently stayed here when we visited my cousin in Staten Island. We were looking for a quiet, clean, and affordable hotel...that is exactly what we found! The continental breakfast was good and they have free wifi. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Staten Island next year!

We stayed here because we had a wedding to go to, and other friends from other states would be staying there also. The room had a king size bed, one chair, one desk, a closet, refrigerator inside a cupboard with no holes for ventilation, a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom, the room also had AC. There was nowhere... More

Having grown up on Staten Island moved away several years ago my return was somewhat disappointing. The hotel location is just across the road from the Express way .Local bus stop just outside my window ,breakfast choices for the entire stay consisted of waffles each day. The last day juice machine out of order.

Thank you for your comments. As you point out, our location is prime on Staten Island. We are located immediately near the Off-Ramp of I-278. This makes our hotel very easy to get to, with minimum NYC traffic confusions. You also state that there is a bus stop adjacent to the hotel. Again, this is a good thing! Many guests... More
