The staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the shuttle drivers to the maid service, everyone went out of their way to accomodate us. Stephen runs the breakfast buffet like he was the maitre de of a 4 star restaurant. I Would recommend this hotel.

Stephen and all the staff were the most gracious, hospitable, caring, and a joy to spend our time in Staten Island with. Stephen made breakfast a great experience.
