Had a credit that had to be used from living social, wasn't even worth it , she's charging close to 200.00 a nite !!! Not worth it, maybe I would pay 60.00 a nite cause it was a nice location but NO ANEMITIES -NONE !!!!

It was a busy weekend and Amy was very nice, so we figured we would be fine. I have been out to the NF for years, and most of the places are seasonal and past their prime, and it's their location that keeps them going, which is the case here. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in... More

I have never written a bad review on trip advisor - this is my first one. The owner was good enough to let us have the room for one night even though there was a two night minimum and that was very much appreciated. Arrived in the afternoon and went to office to check in. Smell in office was a... More

After passing by this hotel for many years .. We finally were able to book this hotel for one night. When booking the room I was given a choice of two rooms. A double and a single. We booked the double and were given a total including taxes. A couple of hours later we were told the only thing available... More

The location has kept this motel in business in spite of a rude arrogant owner, Amy, and dumpy accommodations. The showers barely spit out water, the beds are like plywood, the bed linens and towels are worn out and the furnishings are beyond shabby. And for all this you pay $200+ a night with a two night minimum. Across the... More

A DUMP....for $185 a night with two-night minimum! This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in...so bad, in fact, that it prompted me to write my first review on Trip Advisor. We stayed in Room #1 which is the size of a bed. The bed is hard as a rock with worn out, pilled, gross bedding and two flat... More

This place is in a great area. It is at the end of the vineyards and towards Greenport. There is a beautiful sunset view and beach. Amy, the owner, is very sweet and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well equipped. If you are not looking to spend a lot of money to stay in the northfork, please let this... More

Last week my husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We did this because all of the other hotels in the area were booked so we had no choice. This place is an absolute dump!!! The owner has some nerve charging $200.00 a night for a room. She can get away with ripping people off because there... More

Went out for an over night escape to visit some wineries and enjoy the Greenport Maritime Festival. This hotel is located right on Soundview Avenue and I had never realized it was there. It's an older motel with rooms facing the public beach across the street. We had a small kitchen area in the room with outdoor tables in the... More

Where can I begin? I will summarize that the owner is deceitful, the place is horrid, doesn't meet code, rude, arrogant, nasty, delusional. It is deceitful to pretend to offer a waterview/front room and then to send your two weeknight room reservations to a dark, dirty, nasty, tiny dungeon in the guise of "welcome to the oceanview open-air spacious rooms"....
