The hotel concierge was very helpful. He gave a lot of tips about places to go. The room was very clean. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The price was wonderful for the room and location. $99 on priceline.

Although it's on the highway the rooms in the back are quiet. The pool looks pretty nice. Our room was clean, spacious with good reading lamps and handy items like refrigerator, micro, iron, etc. If you aren't going to Southampton to stay in a posh room or location this really fits the bill of $99 on booking.com.

Good water pressure, super clean, new bedding, good temp control, cross ventilation, sunny, reliable wifi and cable tv. This is a nice spot, next to a cool Spanish restaurant. Back, southern side of hotel more private, good staff.
