We returned to A Butler's Manor in season this time and had the pleasure of enjoying the lovely shaded pool as well as breakfast in the garden. Chris drove us to the beautiful Southampton beach, beach chairs, towels and bottled water and all. A call when we were ready to leave brought Chris in his roomy station wagon to return... More

This B and B is fabulous. Chris and Kim our hosts were fabulous. The rooms were great, and every attention to detail thought of. Including a tipple of sherry in your room for the evening. Kim had menus of all the local restaurants complete with reviews. The pool and the garden, a retreat. Breakfast in the morning was not your... More

Our love for Butler's Manor last year drew us back AGAIN this year.....It was a dream revisited. The warmth of the greeting from Chris and the friendly atmosphere upon entering recalled great memories....Spoiled to the utmost in every possible way. Butler's Manor has it all...immaculate, charming, comfortable, convenient to all, loved it even more ....if possible.

My wife and I had gone to Southampton to watch my son complete a 100 mile bike ride from New York City to Montauk for Autism. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot beside the bed-and-breakfast our every need was considered. Kim and Chris are extremely gracious hosts. After a guided tour of the house and gardens, we... More

We spent three nights here during our older daughter's wedding which was held in nearby Watermill. The inn is an island of graciousness, beauty and tranquility. Chris and Kim, the innkeepers, made us feel so welcome that no matter how hectic the days were leading up to the wedding, we always returned to a bubble of peace and serenity. The... More

A Butlers Manor was a great choice for our first visit to the Hamptons, after busy few days in Manhattan. Chris and Kim could not have done more to make us and the other guests welcome. Lovely accomodation, great atmosphere and delicious breakfasts. Chris, originally from England and an ex professional butler, has some great stories and provided a lot... More

Kim and Chris there are no words to describe the wonderful four days we spent with you. We were in Southampton for the wedding of our daughter and had the pleasure of staying in your B & B Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings. You knew I had an early tee time Friday morning and had a fresh pot of coffee... More

My wife and I and our two friends stayed for four wonderful days at A Butler's Manor, it felt as though we had known Chris and Kim all our lives, because of their warmth and friendliness. Walking into Southampton was no problem and what a beautiful place it is, good restaurants and excellent shops. Chris and Kim have thought of... More

We liked the beautiful house and the very nice garden, we enjoyed our room and loved the great breakfast, but above all, the hosts Chris and Kim were absolutely charming and very helpful. They helped us discover the Hamptons and made our trip there very special.

I'm afraid no other B&B will ever compare! Is there anything Kim & Chris didn't think of to make their guests feel extremely comfortable? They have every toiletry ever imaginable and they even supply their own branded all natural lip balm! Breakfast was absolutely divine! Kim went to extreme efforts to ask and discover what my dietary needs are and... More

Welcome to A Butler's Manor, your elegant 1860 Colonial "home in the Hamptons." A Butler's Manor takes its name from Christopher's profession. A proper British butler for over 20 years, Chris ran estates in both Europe and America before "retiring" to welcome guests to our luxurious bed and breakfast. The personal service that is the hallmark of his profession, along with Kim's attention to detail, will make your stay at A Butler's Manor an experience in hospitality you won't soon forget.
