Ono talk about it e of the best kept secrets of the Hampton's, this Inn is simply charming. The people are extremely friendly, they make sure you are taken care of from the minute you check in till the time you leave. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, some one even helped with our bags and then the... More

The accomodations were the worst we have ever experienced for $500/night. The mattress was uncomfortable, the bathroom ventilation was so loud that it was shocking to find it in that condition, the decor was the worst we had ever seen, and the morning breakfast /coffee was not available until 8:30 am so we had to go out to breakfast to... The 4/5 is for the location and the people. The style is somewhat eclectic and traditional. The people are so accommodating and friendly. Our stay was shortened because we needed more kitchen facilities than those available to us having 4 girls. But for somebody who is not looking to make meals, it would be ideal.

I travel very frequently for business all over the world and I have unfortunately stayed in some dives. This place takes the cake mainly because it is so expensive. At $50 a night this place is bad but at $650 it is a travesty. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had to give this hotel... More

We moved them to one of our best rooms and it’s obviously not their cup of tea. We are not a large chain hotel where every room is the same with two double beds and marble bathrooms. Most of our guests return for the ambiance of casual elegance that we have created. Yes, the few hotels in our ideal location... More

We recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Latch. It is ideally located and within easy walking distance to everywhere and transportation is readily available to other activities. The Latch is a rustic setting with a wide range of accommodations to meet all your needs. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed... More

This was our first visit to the enchanting Village Latch Inn. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the village shops, delicious restaurants and the most beautiful beach. We sat in the garden while enjoying a continental breakfast looking out at the well maintained five acre estate. You can enjoy free tennis, a large swimming pool and free wifi. Our... More

We stayed in mid-July. If this inn had been reasonably priced, it would still have been awful. At the price charged, it was really awful. While the owners would have you believe it is quaint, mostly it is a run-down wreck with virtually no amenities. Even the Kleenex supplied in the bathroom was cheap. On top of everything else, the... My family first came to the a Village a Latch many years ago, when there was a blackout in NYC. My mother called and the lovely woman on the phone said come out we will have a room for you. I went with my parents and we stayed in the cabana right by the pool.. It was wonderful. For the... More

Once again a wonderful experience. I have spent many a weekend over the years at The Village Latch and it never fails. The rooms are charming, eclectic, cozy and warm. The staff and service always friendly and helpful. The tennis courts and swimming pool always a plus. The upkeep of the grounds and landscaping particularly stand out. Looking forward to... More

We just came back from the Hamptons and really enjoyed our stay at The Village Latch Inn. It was peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. The kids loved spending time in the outdoor pool, running around on the beautiful lawn, and playing for free on the tennis court. We had a large suite and each room was decorated differently by the owners... More
