Honesty the health dept would have a field day here and the BBB ! You book the room at one price then when you get there, tired and beat down they raise the room rate. At that time everything is booked in a radius of fifty miles so you have no choice. The rooms are very run down, some areas... More

An older motel that is under new management. Inside and out everything is fresh and clean. The rooms have been updated and are very clean. Comfortable king bed, new flat screenTV with HOB, free wifi, fridge and microwave. Nicely appointed! The free continental breakfast is OK.

First of all the smell of Marijuana was so strong I had to buy an air freshener and put it in the air conditioning vent. There were burn holes in all the sheets and comforter daily even after our room was cleaned. The carpets were stained with only God knows what. The cleaning staff was friendly however spoke little to... More

This place is not suitable for human habitation. It smells terrible, there are dudes outside who will solicit sex from you if you are a female, and as far as I can tell it's not used for anything but prostitutes and super-desperate travellers. We checked out after only one day because we didn't feel safe (let alone comfortable), but we... More

This used to be an Econolodge but changed to ABVI within the past couple of years. There has not been a great deal of renovations but the fixtures and bedding have all been upgraded. The beds were clean and the rooms did not have any smell or mustiness. Our AC unit worked well, which was an improvement over the last... More

We needed a low cost budget in mind place to stay for a weekend business trip. The hotel overall could use some updating but the rooms were clean and served its purpose. I've seen alot better and have certainly seen alot worse.Would not reccomend for a honeymoon or anniversary (or anything that involves intimacy!)

We would never have expected you to stay there if it was not to your satisfaction. We would've also checked the tv for you... More

Me and my fiancé were traveling home when the big blizzard just hit we had no choice but to stop and stay here for THREE nights. The room is absolutely disgusting. Burn holes in all bedding. We checked out after one night to come back later and find that they NEVER EVEN STRIPPED ANY BEDDING! It was the SAME from... More

OK: just in case this is a dealbreaker, you should know that this hotel is located so deeply into Smithtown that it's really Nesconset, despite the zip code. That's a minor quibble in the long run, so it's FYI. I was visiting family in West Babylon and this hotel's proximity to major highways made it a very convenient location if... More

If it hadn't been so late at night & I didn't know how far I still had to travel, and didn't know where I was - I wouldn't ever have stayed the night! I can't imagine giving this place as good a rating as "terrible". The saying "you get what you pay for" shouldn't even apply here - because you... More
