I just completed my 2nd trip to TT and was even more pleased this go 'round. I'll say that I'm not a great player and maybe that's why I have so much fun here, but on this trip I found lots of happy customers just like myself. The accommodations are rustic and by no means 4stars, but they serve their... More

I was recently at Total Tennis and found the instruction and facilities to be very good. I had a great time, and learned a great deal which I will utilize in my practice and matches. The lodging was fine and the food good. Really enjoyed myself during my visit.

I was recently a guest at Total Tennis; in his opening speech the owner, Ed, said “We care about your safety, please watch out for loose balls on the courts.” Too bad that sentiment did not carry over when a masked intruder tried to break into one the guest’s room!!! A masked person had peered into the window of one... More

Good lord, I felt like a prisoner on my court! There is no method to the madness of how they assign people to courts, of which you are stuck the entire 2 days. Although if you come with a group of four then your set. So the guy in doesn't know names just asks people in a line what their... More

This was our first trip here - we took advantage of one of their family weekends. If you skim the previous reviews, they pretty much sum up our experience. This is not Four Seasons tennis - this is tennis camp. The food was excellent (chef is a CIA grad). The clientel are friendly and outgoing. The after-tennis communal room scene... More

Total Tennis is a fantastic weekend and represents great value - here is why: 1. The tennis instruction is excellent and the groups are 4 students per instructor 2. The food is healthy and excellent and there is plenty of it 3. The accommodation is rustic but clean and by the time you crawl into bed you won't be able... More

We travelled to TT for a maxi weekend (Thurs-Sun) the weekend before Labor Day. Most of my observations have been cited in other reviews, so this is will be brief. The lodgings are basic, but absolutely adequate. At the suggestion of friends (who have visited there multiple times - that should tell you something), we booked a "renovated" room for... More

Ok..first..for the negative reviews. ..you can't compare a camp in new york to resorts in Florida or Texas... This is incredible bang for the buck...did the maxi weekend which is a lot of tennis in 4 days. Contrary to a few others impression, I found Ed to be very friendly and personable. Accomodations were sparce, but clean and suitable. Food... More

Our stay was from Aug 13-15, 2014. We were there for a family reunion since it was where everyone used to gather when it was Sacks Lodge. The rooms have been updated and very comfortable and they now have 20 tennis courts. But, it still has the feel, smell and look of "the way it used to be". The food... More
