We had an excellent time here; overall this is indeed a camp - for adults! And this is OK, as the group feel, the tennis lessons, but also the dinner at the long community tables are really fun. We will definitely come back!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The amount of time you get to play tennis is fantastic, it's beautiful scenery, the rooms are very clean (housekeeping 2x a day!), the food is fresh, healthy and delicious, they have cute little amenities like ice cream sundae bar, wine and cheese, and massages at the spa. This is the perfect... More

Had a great weekend of 2 full days of tennis instruction and lessons. The food is the best ever for an intensive resort like this. Natural organic veggies etc . . farm grown. Don't expect Ritz Carlton accommodations - but - it's country rustic - at it's best. But - if you are looking for intensive tennis instruction and a... More

Overall this is a great if idiosyncratic place. I found it an unbeatable value. At approximately $250 per day for 5 hours of tennis, including good meals, lodging, and some social functions, anyone moaning about cost should be taken with a boulder of salt. Nonetheless, if you forget that you are not paying $250 a day for all of this... More

The other reviewers are right: don't pick this place because of the accommodations or the food (which was serviceable and plenty, but not fantastic) - pick it if you really care about improving your tennis and having fun with your friends, while in a beautiful part of New York. I arrived with a large group in mid-September. We had a... More

The red clay tennis courts were fantastic and we had a great experience with our pro Mike. We had a varied group of players but he was able to structure the lesson to suit all of us. The accommodations were rustic but clean and comfortable. The food is served cafeteria style and is very good. I would recommend this to... More

I was unimpressed with total tennis. The courts were well maintained by the bedroom we stayed in had an air conditioner that couldn't cool the small room after an hour and the bed sheets hadn't been changed, which was pretty subpar and unappealing, finding people's hair under our new sheets. The food was average but only a cut above being... More

Went with a big group. Arrived and greeted by very friendly staff. Arrived in room and what a blow. The ceiling was caving in, it was old and smelly. Way past time for an upgrade. Very expensive. Everyone raved about the food under reviews but it was nothing special. The pro's were lethargic at best and just let us get... More

I just completed my 2nd trip to TT and was even more pleased this go 'round. I'll say that I'm not a great player and maybe that's why I have so much fun here, but on this trip I found lots of happy customers just like myself. The accommodations are rustic and by no means 4stars, but they serve their... More

I was recently at Total Tennis and found the instruction and facilities to be very good. I had a great time, and learned a great deal which I will utilize in my practice and matches. The lodging was fine and the food good. Really enjoyed myself during my visit.
