Having gone to Suagerties often I always look forward to staying with the Tamayos. They are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are delish. The rooms are comfy and being right in the middle of town - with a great parking lot round back makes for a relaxing visit. I am so looking forward to my next visit. My mother is... More

My daughter and I recently spent two nights at B&B Tamayo in Saugerties for the first time in several years. We did miss the amazing Cafe Tamayo dinner and bar, but loved the breakfast menu (thanks, Jimmy) and upgraded rooms. It's in a central location and across the street from two fine restaurants, so our other meals were great, and... More

I love staying at The Inn at Tamayo, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. It is located int he middle of town, there are lots of great shops. And Rickie and Jimmy always have suggestions of what is going on around the area.

Large room and bath, very clean, quiet and an excellent location. Felt like a home away from home. Owners are wonderful people who really care about your stay and your experience with them. Do yourself a favor, don't even think about the other "chains" in Saugerties. They can't compare to the charm and service here.

I stayed here with my husband and our entire wedding party the nights before and after our wedding. Our stay was great and even with 10 of us we had plenty of room. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is great, right in the village of Saugerties. We all had breakfast at the Inn Saturday morning which... More

The rooms are above a store now (Dig) since there isn't a restaurant anymore. It's a little hard to find, but the room was spacious, very clean, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very large. Heavy drapes block the light if you want to sleep in. The rooms above the street are a little noisy, but it quiets down... More

A bit of a European village, contrast rural America with gentrified frills, the down town is peculiar rural, but methinks lovely rustica. Close proximity to the highway North or south, a 6 mils to Red Hook Bridge, Woodstock, etc., lost in a old village...hey Misss Lucy across the street a nice place to eat. Room is large spacious, clean, bed... More

We stayed here in September and now plan on staying here every time we are in the area. We chose the White Room. It was spacious and elegant. The bed was comfortable, the quiet ceiling fan kept us cool, and we had Provençal quilts and velvet armchairs. The bathroom was clean and huge. Rickie was very welcoming. Great central location... This is a lovely place to stay, the rooms were all decorated differently with there own special touch, very clean and tidy, is a little hard to find but the owner was very helpful and stood outside to help us in, it has a great location being only 1.5 miles from the show ground and in the centre of town... Spent this past weekend in Saugerties found this hidden jewel right in the middle of town. Clean, friendly and reasonable. Centrally located and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The Tamayo's couldn't be more friendly or helpful. They are converting to a B&B vs an inn. Can't wait to try their breakfast. You can't go wrong if... More
