The people were great (friendly and outgoing). The conference area was great - clean and plenty of space). The snacks were great. My room smelled like wet sneakers. The toilets are very low - awkward to sit on. Ther are probably ~16" off the ground. My room was clean but it smelled bad. The bed was very soft and squishy.... More

Stayed several years ago and it was just ok. Just stayed for TRAVERS and even with all the people we were greeted and promptly checked in. Concierge service for cabs was outstanding. The room I had was a junior suite...it had no view but I was barely in the room. the room was very clean!! The only problem was the... More

The hotel is in a great location, right on Broadway, the main street. Rooms are large, big nice towels but I complained about the toilet not working properly and of the mold in the shower but nothing happened. Food is very good in the restaurant and room service.. Limo service to the track is at great deal and the drivers... More

Room 153. Terrible. Wallpaper peeling from walls. Hasn't been updated in 30 years. Giant water stain on bedroom ceiling. I could reach up and push loose drywall ceiling. Bathroom ceiling smudged with finger prints and dirt. Place was packed so I didn't even try to improve room. Staff otherwise helpful saving review from Terrible to poor.

The Hilton is not all about quality and luxury. Room did not have a refrigerator, décor was outdated, AC unit took up a corner of the room and extended into seating area, bathroom was dirty, furniture beat up, stain on lounge chair and desk chair ripped.

A great location with clean, large, and comfortable rooms. The location was great. It was about a block from the start of what I would consider "downtown". This made it easy to walk to any of the shops or restaurants, but kept the noise level down. Parking is a little bit of a pain, as the hotel is really set... More

We've stayed at the Hilton perhaps 5 times during Track Season. Usually it's an overpriced place to sleep. They have definitely worked on an improved customer service. In the past check in has been a mess this time respectful, smooth & efficient must be new Management. The only Service we use is The Springs Restaurant in the hotel for breakfast they... More

There was no mention or sign alerting us that there was a free "welcome" buffet/party on Friday evening. Only other complaint would be the noise level of the A/C inside the room. Very, very noisy. Also, before our stay began I was sent an e-mail from Hilton asking if there's anything additional that we'd like such as beverages, extra towels... More

The Saratoga Hilton is large and has both self and valet parking. The exterior is nothing special, but the lobby is sleek, modern, and elegantly sophisticated. Yes, the room prices are high, but that is to be expected at the height of the season for a good hotel with a great location. All the shops were in walking distance, and... More

Our weekend in Saratoga was wonderful. In particular, the exceptional service provided by Mike at the front desk was outstanding. I had a total of 4 rooms and a large group of people in my party. Mike went out of his way to assist in getting everything coordinated and just the way we had requested. He also helped with early... More
