Front desk didn't offer a satisfactory answer to my complaint, but it was near closing time for the pool and I was too tired to worry about it.
I believe the aim of this brand is home-away-from home, and they succeed.
Four distinct areas in my room ensured I didn't feel like I was snacking in the bedroom, or sleeping at the desk.
