This is our third time we have stayed here so far, in the past year. Its not a fancy motel but it is adequate. Their prices are certainly fair compared to the other hotels/motels in Saratoga Springs. The staff are. Always friendly. The swimmming pool was closed but can't wait fpr it to be opened. We like the grounds &... More

Valentine's weekend - enjoying a wonderful folk dance festival. But, arriving at the motel, exhausted and sweaty from 7+ hours of dancing -- there was NO hot water ! Very unhappy and unpleasant way to start the weekend. The story gets worse. When I complained to the manager, he explained that he had a new hot water system -- untested... More

Was quoted one price on the phone. They would not e-mail a confirmation , had to call 6 times to finally get one, then when I arrived was charged $20 a night more for my 15 year old son, The staff was unprofessional and completely unaccomodating . They smiled and spoke softly as they ripped me off, Ypu can be... More

Not a bad place to stay. Stayed there with 3 other couples and rented a total of 4 rooms for the weekend. When we checked out I forgot my phone charger. I contacted owners and they emailed me back to send them a prepaid box to ship it back to me. Have done this at other places I have stayed... More

We were looking for a room in Saratoga Springs on a quick visit, and found this spot online. Not the Ritz but nothing wrong. My first experience of a US private motel, you hear horror stories but not here. Towels were rather thin though.

i was in Saratoga a few weeks ago to attend a few concerts at spac, the location of Top Hill Motel if perfect, short walk to the park. The rooms are clean and everything is in working order. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Over all, it was a great time. No problems. When i return to Saratoga,... More

You can spend $350 a night to stay in the Holiday Inn at Saratoga or $99 here. It is a basic, independent hotel that offers what it should. Beds, bathroom, towels. There is a small pool that could be kept up better. If you are headed to Saratoga for the racing meet and do not want to get robbed by... More

My friends and I were attending a concert at the Saratoga performing arts center and we thought it be a good idea to stay the night so we didn't have to make the 2 hour trip back home after the concert. All the hotels near the venue were either booked or too expensive for the night. I came across top... More

I stayed at the motel at the end of the summer. The rooms, though small, are just large enough. The room was clean. The best thing about the motel was that it was right across from the entrance from SPAC and conveniently located for both tracks. As for a room further from the highway for more quiet (#14 is the...
