i was in Saratoga a few weeks ago to attend a few concerts at spac, the location of Top Hill Motel if perfect, short walk to the park. The rooms are clean and everything is in working order. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Over all, it was a great time. No problems. When i return to Saratoga,... More

You can spend $350 a night to stay in the Holiday Inn at Saratoga or $99 here. It is a basic, independent hotel that offers what it should. Beds, bathroom, towels. There is a small pool that could be kept up better. If you are headed to Saratoga for the racing meet and do not want to get robbed by... More

My friends and I were attending a concert at the Saratoga performing arts center and we thought it be a good idea to stay the night so we didn't have to make the 2 hour trip back home after the concert. All the hotels near the venue were either booked or too expensive for the night. I came across top... More

I stayed at the motel at the end of the summer. The rooms, though small, are just large enough. The room was clean. The best thing about the motel was that it was right across from the entrance from SPAC and conveniently located for both tracks. As for a room further from the highway for more quiet (#14 is the... We stayed here two nights and were quite satisfied with the room. While on the small side, it had everything we needed - working A/C, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. The shower was very small but worked great - hot water and great pressure. We agree that the pillows and towels leave much to be desired but it is well... More

Bring your own pillow and towel for comfort sake. Walking distance to SPAC for concerts was nice. We travelled with a group of friends for a concert and since the weather was amazing only used the room for sleeping. The pool didnt appear to be heated but since it was scorching hot out it was fine. Not the worst hotel... More

Second time staying here. The rooms are adequate for their purpose, SLEEPING! TV, Microwave, Mini-fridge in the rooms. Very close to Racino, Dining, SPAC, and Down Town Shopping. If you are expecting the "Plaza Hotel" for under $75 a night, you are the one with the problem! Enjoyed our stay here for the second year in a row. Coffee in... More
