There's no doubt that this place is less expensive than just about every other Saratoga accommodation during the racing season - so if that's what motivates you, by all means book yourself in. You'll find the bathrooms substandard, the beds only marginally comfortable and the furniture odd and unattractive. But the price is right. I don't know why anyone would... More

Stayed here for labor day weekend and the last weekend of racing at the track Now anyone who knows me knows I'm a Hyatt girl but when the man made reservations and since his friend owns it, I ended up here. It's a traditional mom and pop hotel with about 60 rooms. Old fashioned and reminiscent of those hotels we... More

Not the Four Seasons but I came to Saratoga for the races and the wife for the $hopping-emphasis on the $ sign-and here I can save some money. Close to track, everybody on staff knows you by name (as do many guests) I love this place about half or less of anywhere else.

Myself and a group of friends have been going to the races at Saratoga racetrack for 20 years. For the past 10 years we have stayed at the Community Court Motel on Broadway. We love this location because it is within walking distance to the Track and also to the dining and entertainment district down town. During the racing season... More

Excellent location, staff is very hospitable and very clean. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and to the track. This was my second visit and I will be going back next year. Looking forward to it

I stayed at your hotel on Sunday August 17th-18th, now I had contacted them prior to going up there let them know my credit card I gave was closed due to fraud on it, and was told it was not a problem that I could just present a new card upon my arrival. On Sunday I received a call stating... More

I read other reviews and can't understand their expectations. It's independent and well run. Sure it's old but staff maintains cleanliness. I go every year for the race meet and enjoy it. You pay double elsewhere. Every year you meet the same people from the year before. They don't seen to have isues either. Chances are your room has been... More

The only thing good about this place was the location. It was expensive for what you get. If I pay almost 200 bucks a night and you offer breakfast please make sure its not old food. Also the first night we arrived the guy was really nice, we didn't see him the rest of time though. Everyone else has terrible... More

First, the motel its self is old and outdated. Took 15 minutes to got hot water during non peak hours. The shower wouldn't drain, and had standing water for hours after the shower. The beds are far from comfortable, and the linens' were gross. If you can put all of that aside like we had since this wasn't our first... More
