The Springwater bed and Breakfast is not only our favorite place to stay in Saratoga each year during the racing and sale season, but also the nicest B & B we have found in our travels. Lyn and Leslie go out of there way to make their guests feel welcome with their gracious hospitality. This year my husband made the... More

We stayed at Springwater in late May on the recommendation of friends who had loved it. We were not disppointed. Lynn and Leslie are perfect innkeepers with nothing but the comfort of their guests on their minds. The building is very attractive and clean, inside and out; our guestroom, State Seal, was quite roomy as was our bathroom with both... More

When my usual Victorian Inn was booked for a last minute trip to Saratoga, I was referred to this B&B which I had not seen in my previous trips. Charming, Impeccable, great rooms and great hosts-isn't that what you want from a B&B? From the minute I made the call, they couldn't be more welcoming! I say hosts because all... More

We were in Saratoga Springs for an event at SPAC, and reserved a room, what a pleasure! We both highly recommend the lovely people at The Springwater B&B & Inn. We were given the option of two rooms when we'd requested a reservation, we chose The Adirondack. The Springwater has a walkover setup with a picturesque shingle style B&B and... More

Hubby and I stayed here for the Saratoga Art and Music Festival (June 13, 2014 - June 16, 2014.) What a lovey place this is. Leslie, Lynne and Abbey the Corgi, were so friendly and nice. We stayed, at the Inn, in the Empire room. This is a HUGE room with a King size bed and a daybed and there... More

My wife and I stopped overnight on our way home from Jersey Shores in early June and we were glad we did. We were warmly welcomed by the three proprietors, Leslie, Lynne and Abbey the Corgi. We had a nice (short) walk to town and through Congress Park(recommended) and took a number of pics of the awesome Victorian mansions. Nice... More

My husband and I decided to getaway for the night and headed to Saratoga without any accommodations reserved. We called a # of B & B's, but all were booked for Memorial Day Weekend with the exception of Springwater Inn. This place was perfect ... The price, the people, the place, and the room were all much more than we... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Springwater B&B on a quick getaway weekend to Saratoga from NYC. Initially we'd planned to stay on Broadway, but were taken aback by the high prices (and frankly, most of the hotels were booked). We wouldn't typically go for a B&B, but Springwater's reasonable rates attracted us, and I'm so glad - what a... More

The Springwater is a superb bed & breakfast, run by lovely people (Lyn and her daughter Leslie). It is very close to Saratoga racetrack and a short walk to Broadway and the downtown area. Lyn picked us up and took us back to the train station. We stayed in the State Seal Spring room, which is huge, with a large... More

Stayed here while visiting Skidmore. The Springwater B&B has the feel of an antique house and all the amenities of new construction (like good, quiet climate control). It has hard wood floors in the spacious rooms, BIG bathrooms with high-tech walk-in showers (in our room), lots of window light, antique furniture, etc. I appreciate the refined, sparse decorating (not auntie’s...
