Beautiful building built in 1877 and furnished with antiques at least 50 years old. The place is filled with amazing paintings and antiques. The patio outback had an amazing vibe as well. This place is not without faults though, it's a bit overpriced and the mattresses and A/C sucked.

In Saratoga for my son's wedding. Part of our group stopped by for drinks and settled in the back garden. The bartender could not be more gracious and accommodating. Worth repeating, enter the lobby and you are transported back in time, sit in the back garden and just allow the wonderful atmosphere to soak in. Special thanks to Doug the... More

The drinks are watered down and the vodka is not what you think your getting. Prices are a joke and the bartender doesnt have a clue

We stopped here after dinner on a whim. The bartender was very friendly and let us self tour the building. We had drinks outside in the open air garden. The best way I can describe this place is as a 1890 hotel. Great antiques, great service. We will stay here on our next visit. It is located in the middle... More

While the Adelphi continually oozes it's interesting history it provides most of today's needed amenities including free WiFi, A/C, phone, etc. etc. There are no ice machines in the halls but request it and the bellman will deliver on a tray with glasses in an ice bucket that is insulated and actually works. The staff are all friendly & helpful.... More

Recently stayed here over this past week. There is only one parking spot for loading and unloading and the local area parking is a 2 hour maximum., unless you find a lot- a few blocks away for overnight. The elevator is only operated by staff- which is not always available. The 3 flights of stairs to our room were bearable,... More

Loved the hotel. Stopped in by chance and glad we stayed the night. The floors are creaky, the design is wacky/antique but that's the fun. Only complaint was the bar service was slow and the drinks were weak and not very well made. Have drinks next door - much better! The fruit they put out was old as well.

Entering Saratoga Springs in the middle of the race season without having booked a room in advance turned out to be our lucky draw. The Adelphi had rooms available. For an affordable price we got a beautiful suite facing Broadway. The atmosphere was unique. The hall, the staircase, the walls, the pictures, the suitcases on top of the cupboard. Everything was... More

Every August during track season my husband and I spend three nights or more at the Adelphi. This time we went with his sister and her hubby. They loved it as much as we did. This is a hotel for people who are into the romance of the turn of the century, but who appreciate modern amenities, i.e. soft mattresses,... More

This landmark hotel has been a mainstay of many horse racing and other visitors of beautiful Saratoga Springs. The friendly accomodating staff offer over the top service. The buffett breakfast is fresh and diverse with delcious coffee and fine tea. Each room has a different theme or decor which is amply stocked with fine linens, comfortable beds and attention to...
