We came in to this B&B late on a july sunday, without reservations, and Was warmly greeted by Jack who drove down the hill to drive our luggage up. We stayed at this B&B last summer for 3 nights and had a fantastic cycling holiday. This is the best place to stay, no fuss great breakfast and Jack is the most wonderful host full of information and knowledge. The house is perfectly situated and if you are into cycling there are wonderful challenging routes from this destination.

Young couple here- took a shot in the dark choosing Fogarty's B&B for our short stop through Adirondacks and we were very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and fantastic service at Jack and Emily's. LOTS of steps to get to the home from road below, but once you've made it, it's worthwhile. Warm hosts, good breakfast. Lots of charm in the 1910 cure cottage. This is our 14th year at Jack and Emily Fogarty's historic home. The house feels like home because of them. Beautiful views of Lake Flower and the mountains surrounding Saranac Lake village. My husband and I spent one night on July 4th at Jack and Emily's place. We stayed in the Blue Room last night. It's a beautiful big house originally used for tuberculosis patients (as are many of the houses in Saranac Lake).
