Was visiting friends in the Hamptons in August 2015 and decided to pick this place out. The downside was it was priced for the weekend crowd and was about double what things should cost for a motel ( around 4 a nite if I remember.) At least we got a great room facing the harbor with a nice private balcony.... More

The Sag Harbor Inn has in my belief become a storied old house, and what a wonderful little house it is. Granted, not many amenities, but you don't stay at the SHI for any "thing", you stay there for the staff, and trust me, if the staff of that hotel knows your name when you walk through the door, you're... With many updated rooms and the best location imaginable you can't help but have an enjoyable stay. Our room was generous with King size bed, flatscreen cable TV and a very comfortable sitting area offset with a desk. Our room featured a private balcony. The staff throughout the property is warm and attentive. They offer a very nice continental breakfast... More

This is a pleasant enough stay. There area few goo things to reccomend it The service, lovation to dining, art, cool shops are a plus. The cons are strong too. Too expensive for such outdated rooms, a free continental breakfast ok but really poor selection, quantity and quality. Not up to the charge of a hotel such as this. There... More

If you're looking for a quaint, inexpensive, picturesque experience in the Hamptons, Sag Harbor Inn is the place for you. The staff was like family. Everyone was laid back, and extremely friendly. The rooms were very spacious, and comfortable. T he view...oh my goodness the view was simply breathtaking. The Harbor rooms are definitely worth the extra bucks. The sunrise,... More

We had looked online for cottage rentals and were unable to find anything the week after Labor Day. I found the Sag Harbor Inn and was quite intrigued with such a close location to town, on the harbor, and had a pool (not that it is a criteria for me). We arrived on Sunday, and were checked in by Debbie,... More

We had a very nice, clean, comfortable view across from the Sag Harbor Yacht Club. Now that it's off season, it wasn't as crowded as it must have been over the summer - thank goodness. They had a very nice cold breakfast complete with yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, and coffee. There was a covered seating area outside the breakfast... More

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sag Harbor Inn. It was an overall wonderful experience. . A very warm and relaxing atmosphere was created with the recent room renovations. Everything about it was well thought out. Lighting was exceptional. The bed was so comfortable, room spotless, and it came with a great balcony to... More

I love the location because I can walk to the streets to discover restaurants and bars. Romantic and easy to relax. I don't drive so I really like the location, I can walk to everywhere, and take the photos.

I went to the sag harbor in with my family. It was great and I loved it. I slept in a cot they brought in. It was comfortable and my family slept of a twin and a queen. The pool was nice and enclosed in trees and it was a private cove to us. The breakfast was free and good.... More
