My first time on this Hotel. Loved the area. Its was very cool. I got an upgrade that also made me very happy. The dinner at The restaurant was a flat bread (pizza) that i lived. Walking around is nice.. Friendly staff. I will return!

Lack of hot water, despite bringing it to front desk attention. It's too late for engineering to be called if you need to be at an event and can't take a shower. Bar was packed due mostly to our event "in town". Felt sorry for the two servers. In the AM tv went out and no hot water. Called front desk. We fixed the tv by unplugging, and doing the usual resetting. Engineer came up to our ordinary room and advised that too many people were taking showers, they ran out of... More

Quiet setting, set back from the road in the woods. Nice rooms, with an abundance of parking. You may end up with a long walk to the door however. This is on a short list of places I stay in White plains/Port Chester area.

Between the rooms being dingy and not well cleaned and the fact that it was a ten minute walk from the registration desk to our room, this was not a place to which I would choose to return. rooms unclean, mechanical items not working properly, slow service, felt like just a number. i would not stay in this hilton again with my family. we came for a restful time and had to request items and services that should ordinarily been given without asking. i found better stays at less expensive hotels and motels.

Welcoming and efficient staff. Fresh & clean room with a lovely manicured property, and best of all a great nightly rate! The grounds are well maintained with newly renovated hotel interior. Great event facilities in a separate wing as not to disturb other non-event guests. All in all a great stay.

Obviously very proud of this hotel for what they charge. . . it's just a Hilton. I discovered after taking a shower that my room didn't have any bath towels. Not a big deal. The valet parks your car on the sidewalk 20 feet from the front entrance. . .wish I could have just parked there in the first place... More
