The room doors are right next to each other. When someone enters the room next door it sounds like they are coming in your room. The heat & a/c don't work very well in the rooms. You are right next to the runways and hear the planes. The food is expensive, but decent tasting.

Stayed here on a business trip. Easy access from I-495, clean property, good parking, large common areas for meetings. Having a restaurant is a plus. Excellent service all around - at front desk, restaurant, room service etc. Definitely recommended.

The Holiday inn in Ronkonkoma,Long Island, NY. Has the most helping professional staff I have encountered. Right from the beginning at check in you know it will be a great experience, the Manager Joy was so helpfull and polite. She went out of her way to see you were comfortable. The entire staff here seems to be so service oriented.

Firm bed, peaceful and good rooms, with small microwave, fridge, etc. Internet service spotty at times. Fast food not far - McDonald's across street, Panera Bread a couple of miles away. Quite happy overall.

It was convenient and had a nice restaurant and room service, albeit not during lunch. WiFi had terrible to poor quality. Speeds were bad, you constantly had to log back in in the middle of downloads, and sometimes you couldn't connect at all.
