Overall, a good experience. We stayed there on two separate occasions in June. The rooms were clean and a good size. We didn't hear much in the way of outside noise or noise from other guests. Put up the folks here during our wedding weekend in Penfield. Everything was great. Food in the morning at the buffet was solid. Lots of it to. The indoor pool and hottub was a nice benefit seeing the tempature is generally cool year round. Staff was really helpful. Rooms were above average. Clean, quiet. Took care of us. more

Until recently, I lived in Rochester across the street from this hotel. I frequently put my parents up there on visits. It's not a Four Seasons, but it is well above the average hotel.
