Always clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Very quiet...I guess many business travelers tired from the day! Would prefer free coffee in the lobby to the in-room little machine that you have to use powdered milk-like substance. No free b'fast like the Hilton chain. But suitable for an overnight stay. There are dunkin donuts close.

Stayed at Courtyard Rochester Brighton for U of Rochester graduation. This was far nicer than any Courtyard I've ever stayed at before. Rooms were very spacious and furnishings were stylish, modern and comfy. Nice bed and sofa in each room (we had three). Bistro downstairs has a limited menu but a nice setting and decent food. Nice open courtyard area... More

Stayed one night during our road trip. Family of four. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was pretty nice for an indoor pool and the kids loved it. The breakfast choices were good but pricey, but was able to find some healthy for adults and good for the kids. The hotel isn't far from restaurants and stores.... More

Nice room, quiet area, but at these prices there is absolutely no excuse for CHARGING guests for a cup of coffee. You want to offer Starbucks and charge for "fancy" blended and flavored coffees, fine. But have an urn of regular black coffee available at no charge. Yes, there's a coffee machine in the room, however that coffee has been... More

I went to Rochester specifically to see the George Eastman House. This was a great location from which to base myself to get downtown without bothering with city traffic. It is also very convenient to the Interstates to arrive or depart. Nice staff, clean room, and an excellent eating option right across the street.

The staff at this hotel has made me rethink my hotel brand preference. I have always stayed at Hilton properties but I love this hotel and the staff. I stay here at least 2 weeks a month and I always get the same room and they have the bag that I leave there in my room waiting for me. It's... More

I'll admit, the rewards points were a big influence on my choosing this hotel, but the location was ideal for all my weekend needs. The proximity to several major interstates and several of the main roads in the Henrietta area made for ideal dinner and breakfast choices as well as easy access to all the locations I needed to get... I've stayed here many times over the years with oh so many business trips into town. They first updated their lobby with the typical Courtyard cafe etc... Now they have updated the rooms very recently. Mine was great. Nicely laid out rooms. Lots of electrical outlets including at the bed head stands. Bathroom is modern and easy to use. Everything... We spent a night here on the way from Washington to Toronto - convenient location to motorway. The lobby is lovely and spacious with lots of place to relax. Free parking, friendly checkin. The hallways and elevator are a bit tired. Room was a good size, but a bit dark. It was clean and we had a room over looking... More

While the exterior of the hotel is somewhat bland office park construction, once you are inside you find a trendy lobby with lots of seating and working areas and newly remodeled updated guest rooms. This family of 4 stayed comfortably in two connecting rooms each with a king bed and a twin sofa bed. No restaurant but there is a... More
