Hotel was very accomodating to our sports group and parents. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. We appreciated being able to have such a nice place to stay. The breakfast was amazing!

Hotel was clean, well maintained, and consistent with other Hampton Inn's I stayed at--which is a lot. Bathroom was clean, temperature in room good, bed clothes were nice. Breakfast was adequate. Room size was more than adequate. Overall, very positive experience.

“From beginning to end”

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out the service and hospitality was outstanding. Warm welcome, clean room, and great breakfast all at reasonable price. Great location near several restaurant and convenient stores. I would highly recommend this hotel. I am looking forward to returning next year.

“Great Value”

Hotel was perfect for our overnight in Rochester. Very clean and quiet. Obviously very well thought through in terms of room amenities (loved the clean duvet covers) as well as public amenities - quite extensive for a budget hotel. Had little interaction with staff, but those I did talk with were friendly and efficient. I'll stay here again.

“insects and bad smell”

Room had insects and a terrible odor that seemed to set off my Alergies. Everynight I was congested and couldn't breathe. The room seamed cleaned, don't know if it had been smoked in or what. Staff was friendly.
