Stayed at this hotel for a recent conference at the Riverside Conference Center. Liked that the hotel offered a skywalk over to the conference center, which made it feel like the conference center was part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, but on the small side. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful at check in, suggesting great places to dine for lunch. Hotel is nice, clean, affordable. Pet friendly was a bonus for us, with several park areas just outside the door. King size room was spacious, with fridge and microwave. Overall, very happy with our stay here -- will book it again next... more

We booked on hotels.com for $88/night and we were happy with what we received. The rooms were a decent size and the hotel had free wireless. The suites on the 15th floor were nice but not outstanding. We were also happy with the free, covered parking. more

Check in was quick and easy, lobby is nice, Legends Sports Bar just off lobby. Rooms are good size, large working area desk. Fridge and microwave in room is nice touch for longer stays. Beds are sleep number, which are great for comfort. Shower could have been cleaner, but overall ok. Right on the river, so good places to walk. more

Spent 2 nights down town at the Radisson while we dropped off our daughter at college. The entire staff was inviting and very helpful We needed directions to many places and received print out, maps and a smile with each request. Just returned from our State Moose Convention.I found the Radisson (Riverside) to be one of the friendliest places I ever stayed. The food was great and the lounge was top of the line.Staff was professional and very accomidating at the bar. I'd like to qualify this review by saying our stay was not all bad. The rooms were clean, and the air-conditioning worked. That's the good news. This hotel is now Radisson and I stayed here with my wife and 4-year-old son on 6/26/2009. There was summer concert right in front of the hotel and East Main St. was blocked over the bridge leading to the hotel entrance. The cops were very friendly and directed us to go around the block and another cop let us in... more
