We stay here every year at Christmas when we visit our grandchildren. We had a 2-story loft room in Building 7; our grandchildren like to stay with us and sleep in the loft. This is a very comfortable way to spend a few days, and the location is perfect for visitors to the area. As others have posted, the service... More

Need to be in Rochester, once or twice a year on business and have been coming here for years. Always a very good experience. I like the upstairs rooms towards the back of the property and have never had a bad experience. I like having a kitchen because this property is close to some quality food places like Palmer's Market... More

I will start by saying this is top to bottom one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff alone makes it a home away from home. HUGE tip-of-the-hat to Marsha at the front desk for brightening each and every day at this hotel. She is an asset to this company and this hotel. I wish there were... More

This hotel went above and beyond what typical hotels do for their guests. We were there as part of a large hockey team and had many needs that they fulfilled with graciousness and warmth. They won over the entire team. My first room ended up having a few wasps in it. They upgraded us to a better room. Marsha at... More

I stay in Rochester about a week a month for business and made the switch to this hotel after a year of staying elsewhere. The rooms are more comfortable. They have a larger selection of cable channels a full kitchen and living area. The staff is friendly and accommodating....many know me by name, which goes a long way for making... More

Our family of 4 had a suite with a King bed and pullout sofa bed for our kids. Check-in was fast and the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Our suite was spotless and all rooms include a full kitchen if you want to save money and eat-in. 42" plasma TV with HD channels. Hotel is in a quiet... More

Stayed here as a stopover from NYC back to Canada. Spotless little hotel just off the thru-way, with swimming pool, hot-tub, basketball court, and lovely large clean rooms. Whether for a one night stopover, or a few days in Rochester, this would be an excellent choice. More

Traveling solo with my young son from Ontario to NJ and needed a stop for one night. Booked online a one bedroom suite with sofabed in the "tower." Didn't know what "tower" was until I checked in. Residence Inn layouts are usually like a townhouse community, but the tower is a separate four story building. It appears to be a... More

Thank you very much for choosing our hotel and I am glad that you had a very pleasant experience. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two double beds. Not recommended as you are on the bottom floor of a pod building, and therefore it is very noisy. One can hear every step from the people above. The kitchen was not well outfitted, as there was an oven, but no ovenware. The oven mitt was dirty! This was... More

Thank you very much for your candor and my deepest apologies for the condition of the items that you found in your room. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. (poured a complementary coffee cup full of laundry detergent when they ran out of packets to buy). As always the Residence Inn brand is comfortable and clean. In addition to the outdoor pool there is a fire pit with chairs to sit around. Very relaxing. More
