We stay here every year at Christmas when we visit our grandchildren. We had a 2-story loft room in Building 7; our grandchildren like to stay with us and sleep in the loft. This is a very comfortable way to spend a few days, and the location is perfect for visitors to the area.

Stayed here as a stopover from NYC back to Canada. Spotless little hotel just off the thru-way, with swimming pool, hot-tub, basketball court, and lovely large clean rooms. Whether for a one night stopover, or a few days in Rochester, this would be an excellent choice.

The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. (poured a complementary coffee cup full of laundry detergent when they ran out of packets to buy). As always the Residence Inn brand is comfortable and clean. In addition to the outdoor pool there is a fire pit with chairs to sit around. Very relaxing.
