Travelled with family (young children). Our room was adequate in size but are very basic. It has a mass produced feel to it, with little decoration and commercial grade carpet and bedding. The sleep number beds were customed to our liking. The tv was not flat screen, but the internet was free. The biggest problem was drainage in the tub.... more

We thought this hotel was very nice, but my two young children were VERY dissapointed that the pool was closed. Also, we stayed on the fourth floor, and there was a lot of noise from other patrons getting ice at all times of the night. They have sleep number beds, and also had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker... more

I only needed the hotel for a few hours to catch an early flight. I received the hotel on Priceline. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Would recommend more

I was here for a conference Wed-Friday and from the start things were going smoothly. I really appreciated the Skywalk to the Convention Center in the cold night in the "not-so-nice" part of Rochester. My biggest tiff was with the impolite and rude restaurant staff, but I can't give the entire hotel a bad review for that. I was very... more

This hotel was not clean, and that kind of grossed me out. Also, I stayed on Easter and the restaurant and room service was limited to whatever was on the buffet earlier that morning - meaning it was all meat and no vegetarian options available. The rest of the time I was there, the restaurant was open normal hours, and... more

We were only here for a night. It's hard to go wrong with a Radisson in my experience. Got a good (though not spectacular) rate through Hotwire. The room was clean and comfortable, there was free wifi, and as we spent a total of maybe 12 hours there, eight of them sleeping, I can't complain too much. Recommended, would stay... more

We stayed here for 1 night before an early morning flight out of ROC. Check-in was easy, but they had us in a smoking room with 2 kids and an infant. Ooops. No problem, they got us a new room, and on the first floor which was convenient and easy. They provided a crib vs. a pack-n-play, but the room... more

Spent one night while travelling by myself with 2 dogs from Tennessee to Vermont. I have a physical handicap and the staff could not have been nicer about accomodating me. Extremely pet-friendly. Acres of clean, short grass to walk the pooches. Good food at the bar. Room was nothing special, but clean and quiet. more

We were at the hotel for a Military Reunion. We have never been to the Rochester area and found it to be lovely. The friendliness of the management and staff made our stay very comfortable. My husband and myself will go back to the area/hotel on our own to see the attractions, enjoy the wonderful hospitality and once again check... more
