I stayed for one night at the holiday inn express in Pittsford, new york on Monroe Avenue and The Night auditor/ Manager was absolutely awful she was very rude I will never stay there again the rooms were very clean and they were able to match a neighboring holiday inn's price even though they are seperately owned more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express (Monroe Ave) for two nights while on college visits with daughter. Hotel is very convenient to Nazareth and St. John Fisher colleges. Hotel seems fairly new. Rooms are very clean, nice decor, flat screen TV and mattresses very comfortable. The continental breaksfast was pretty good and had decent choices. Would definitely stay here again... more

We stayed for one overnight (a Saturday), and the room was clean. All was in order, and the front desk people were lovely. The walls were a bit thin, but luckily, our neighbors were fairly quiet. The free breakfast on Sunday morning was a mob scene. There must have been a tour group or some big gathering. We skipped that... more

I was very excited to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Me and my family have stayed at many and it has always been wonderful. I have always been willing to pay a little bit more in price to have the peace of mind that my room would be clean. Holiday Inn Express has always been that great medium with... more

I needed a hotel room in the Rochester area for one night, and settled on the Holiday Inn Express as a good balance between location, price, and amenities. I made an excellent choice. It was just what I needed. The staff was efficient and I was quickly checked in and in my room. The room was clean and quite comfortable.... more

A group of 4 on a short trip to N.Y. State during the President's Day in 2008. We did not make any booking ahead of time. We just walked in and asked if there was any vacancy. We got a guestroom with TWO double beds @ $104.99/night which I thought it was a fair price for a Friday night stay... more

This is what you'd expect: clean, comfortable, nothing special. The staff was very friendly and able. My personal preference is not to have fluorescent reading lamps, but I understand it's economical and, I've been told, environmentally friendly. For better or worse, there were no adult films offered (I only checked because of a prior review) let alone playing in my... more

I stayed here for Business the beginning of November, 2007. I found it very difficult to sleep while staying here because the person next to me went to bed at midnight, and the person above me woke up at 5am. How could I tell, the walls and ceilings were so thin, I could hear EVERYTHING. They must have been full... more

Selected this property because my family was staying here due to a funeral. Arrived at 1AM after an exhausting bus trip from Toronto. Room was lovely but.....obviously the folks above me and on one side of me had night time bladder problems. I was kept awake all night by the sound of footsteps and toilet flushes. I told the reception... more

Called the Hotel directly at 1am to book a room, and The staff was occomodating and nice. They made the stay very easy and check in was fast. Property was well maintained, rooms were small but clean and well designed. Breakfast was fresh and nice atmostphere. only drawback was that you could hear someone in another room upstairs through the... more
