Traveled on business and was not wowed by my stay at the Hyatt. Negatives: Reserved/guaranteed a king w/full bath, which was not available upon check-in (11:30 pm). This happened with my colleague checking in with me. Oddly, another colleague checked in 30 minutes later and received the king w/full bath (at midnight). My family stayed in this hotel for two nights. We stopped for one night on our way to Niagara Falls and again on our way back home from Niagara Falls. We booked a total of four rooms on Priceline. Wow, the staff here is amazing. Property is very nice. Food service was excellent. Everybody from the desk staff to the maids all seemed to really care about how the hotel met our needs. The exercise room needs equipment upgrades & could be cleaner. We had a great family stay. more

Rooms - nicely decorated, quiet, in good shape, adequate amenities (hairdryer, iron, etc.) Pool/Fitness - pool was fine, nothing special. Hot tub was too small.
