Stayed here while on a business trip. The hotel is in obvious need of a face lift. We were on the 6th floor, and the temperature on our floor was probably close to 90 degrees - and this was in November. Thank g.d, the room temp was ok. Very thin walls, I could hear the voices of a couple next... More

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Old room. Dirty stained carpet. Cracked sink. The WIFI is awful. The doors slam shut. I asked for a 2pm late check out and put the "do not disturb" card on the door knob, and three maids knocked on my door in the morning.

Stayed here en-route from Canada to New York. Free use of computers in lobby. Clean and comfortable room. Didn't eat here but those that did in our coach trip were disappointed and complained - the excuse was that they had run out of food from the previous day!!!! Sounds strange, they knew a coach party was coming - why weren't... More

I checked into the hotel and first my keys didn't work; then, no a/c - it was 80 in the room. Then, to top it all off, there was no hot water for a shower - neither in the evening nor in the morning, despite letting the water run for 15 minutes or more. I also was fooled by it's... More

I was staying here on business as I had a conference the next day early. I called ahead because I drive a larger size truck and I was transferred to the lady at security. She was extremely helpful and said that she would have a spot reserved for me on arrival. True to her word she had it all set... More

If you are looking for a hotel that leaves wet, bleached carpets for it's guests, shop vacs in the middle of rooms, orange goo dripping down the walls, unfriendly and unhelpful service, ladies of the night out front, people trying to sell you substances that would be punishable by law as you enter, and air conditioners that don't work, then... I must say I was fouled by the good looks of this hotel on the website, and the good looks of the front lobby. The front desk employees were rude. It was like we were bothering them to check in. The rooms were SOOOOOOO hot, when you turned the air conditioning on it blew hot air. There was black mold... More

Upon my arrival at this hotel I noticed the hotel just seemed worn and old. The inside of the elevator door (for my entire stay of 2 nights) had some type of liquid that appeared to have dropped or spilled. Did not appear clean. When I arrived at my room it was warm so I attempted to turn on the... More

We arrived after travelling from Canada, the check in went smoothly and the room was fine with two double beds. Unfortunately the bathroom could have done with some TLC, as the sink was badly cracked and the vanity unit not finished properly. Apart from that we have no complaints. The room was quiet and pleasant as were the staff. The... More
