Hotel room air conditioning not working, hotel staff very rude. Was there for a wedding and even the Brides "bridal sweet" room was nothing special. No continental breakfast and parking was horrible. The hotel was in walking distance to many places.

We arrived early and no rooms were available, we decided to go for lunch and come back. Robin at the front desk was so accommodating she gave us a suite. It was gorgeous corner unit we decided to stay another night.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. That's a good thing, because it's really pretty run-down. There was a faint smell of diesel in the air from the generators the entire time we were there. We had to change rooms (which, to be fair, they did for us) because a wedding reception was going on just outside our... More

Just don't ever stay here. No restaurant. Nasty staff. Ancient bathroom. Sad pathetic "closet". It will be a holiday inn after the renovations. Awful. My family chose this for a family event. Awful, old, nothing within walking distance.

Came here for a charity gala, the room was 83* when we arrived. Turned on the a/c and it blew hot air. When I called the desk he said" oh yeah should have told you, no a/c available, open your window" the window opened 2"!!! 4 stars my butt!!!!

I stayed here for one night for an audition at Eastman. The hotel is quite close to the school, an easy 10-15 minute walk, and they also offered free shuttles to the campus. The discount for auditioning students was quite attractive. Undiscounted, however, it would not have been a bargain. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic... More

The Plaza is nice enough but it's lacking some of the finishing touches that make a hotel a true 3.5 - 4 star experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed but the mattress isn't as heavenly and the bathroom isn't as nice as what you'd expect for the star rating and the competitors in the area. There's a... More

Still gobsmacked that this is rated as a 3 star hotel. The first thing you see when you walk in is a sign stating Holiday Inn Coming Spring 2015. It's clear the owners have thrown in the towel. The bed was the central point of fail. The mattress was OLD with a poorly fitting mattress pad on top. The sheets... More

Stayed here while on a business trip. The hotel is in obvious need of a face lift. We were on the 6th floor, and the temperature on our floor was probably close to 90 degrees - and this was in November. Thank g.d, the room temp was ok. Very thin walls, I could hear the voices of a couple next... More

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Old room. Dirty stained carpet. Cracked sink. The WIFI is awful. The doors slam shut. I asked for a 2pm late check out and put the "do not disturb" card on the door knob, and three maids knocked on my door in the morning.
