The Rochester Plaza in Rochester, NY is in desperate need of renovations. We were booked for a non-smoking king room. We came in for the Jazz Festival this weekend, and heard rumors that some of the musicians may be staying here. In the hopes of catching one or two in person, we had dinner here Saturday night. I have been a guest at this hotel several times. My last visit in May was as the others, wad great. I was upgraded to the seventh floor which has access to the club lounge.
