Good location from which to visit Rochester and the surrounding area. Reen prides herself on fussing over you and providing luscious breakfasts. The breakfasts are widely varied including waffles, pancakes and many others. Always accompanied by fresh fruit. I was very comfortable while staying here, and met some of the neighbors, who were always friendly. One nice thing about staying... More

I have stayed at Reen's four times and already have plans to return later in the year. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean, and her breakfasts are the best! I'm on a gluten-free diet which can make breakfast a bit tricky, but if I mention this when I make my reservation, it's not a problem. On my most recent... More

I spoke with and emailed Reen prior to our visit and was expecting a nice B&B to spend two nights with my family. As we got closer to the B&B we started to get worried. The neighborhood was run-down and seemed very unsafe. If you're familiar with the Boston area - we were expecting more of a Brookline type area... More

The reviews for this place is are spot on. My wife and I took a trip to Rochester to visit friends and the hotel reviews and vacancies led my search to Reen's and I'm glad it did. We were made to feel right at home at this lovely place. Reen said it well when she said it's like staying at... More

We had a wonderful second visit to Reen's, a great place to stay and feel cared for and cared about. Reen was kind and sociable, and made wonderful breakfasts. We love sitting on the porch for breakfast. As we stayed at a quiet time we had the (shared) bathroom to ourselves and even had the same room as our first... More

We recently spent the weekend at Reen's and we could not possibly have been more pleased! Reen is surely Rochester's best ambassador. Her love and knowledge of everything about Rochester, its history, its current economic status, its geography, its street and highway system, its restaurants and cultural attractions all just flow off the top of her head...you can tell immediately... Reen was willing to rent us her whole house (4 bedrooms, 3 baths) for a 3-day weekend, and it was the perfect place for a family to congregate. Access to the kitchen allowed us to order in pizza one night; the living area was a homey, comfortable place for late-night conversations; and Reen cooked us her fabulous breakfasts on our... More

We liked everything about this B & B including the hostess. The only reason to down-rate it from a five star is the shared bathroom. One bedroom, which we had, has a half-bath which meant we only shared the bathroom for showering which was nice. It made the reduced rate even more appealing. Her prices are very good and reflect... Reen is the best host in the world! Rooms are beautiful, everything is clean and... And the breakfast... It was fantastic! Everyday something different and so tasty! Price is really good, easy to get to the city center. I really recommend staying in this B&B!
