We booked this hotel based on positive reviews and definitely did not have the same experience as others had. Booked this after researching via tripadvisor. This is a gem of a hotel. Outside of Rochesterby about 15-20mins it make up by having super friendly and helpful staff and cookies, cakes and coffee in the afternoon. The breakfast is superb to.
