Although just off a parkway is in a remote area, at least it is a decent place for the price to get to the Hamptons. more

My husband, 6yr-old son and I arrived about noon on Monday and asked for an early check-in. No problem, we had booked a room with 2 double beds and the front desk rep said there was one available. I asked for a room with a fridge but that was an extra $10 per day so we declined. While we were... more

A two night say, May 14 & 15. The staff is pretty good and they appear to try hard. Management gives them little or no support and does not seem to care about the guests. On Thursday May 14, about 1:45 am we were wakened from sleep by all kinds of noise from the hallway. Loud voices, slamming doors, banging... more

We cater to a wide variety of corporate and leisure travelers.Unfortunately, there are people that return after a function drinking a little too much and become loud as they return to their room. While we cannot prevent actions they may take upon return, we make every reasonable and legal effort possible to contain potentially disruptive behavior. I received a call from...

Seriously? Did I seriously pay $200 a night to stay here? There's got to be better options in this area. The only thing this place has going for it is the free continental breakfast in the morning. First of all, I've never experienced such noise problems in a hotel before. Every time someone opened a door anywhere in the hotel,... more

The Best Western East End caters to a wide variety of corporate and leisure travelers. Unfortunately, there are people that return after a function drinking a little too much and become loud as they return to their room. While we cannot be responsible for their behavior, we do go to great lengths to stifle any problems and quite them down...

We were attending a wedding and this hotel was recommended by the bride and groom. The front desk was friendly upon check-in. The room was standard although it did not have a microwave or a fridge. It was quiet during the day. At 11:30 PM the minivans returned from the nearby catering hall. We expected some noise in the hallway,... more

We have provided additional training to our security and front desk staff to deal with future noise situations. Our security team has increased the amount of times they walk through the guestroom hallways to help decrease any noise complaints. We strive to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests.

We stayed at this Best Western for three nights to attend a wedding in the area. I booked two rooms for four people directly through the hotel to get the special rate that was offered for the wedding ($129/night). I requested them both to be non-smoking rooms, which was granted. I also asked for one room to be handicap accessible,... more

Per this comment and a few others posted on Trip Advisor, we have revisited our party policy. We have provided additional training to our security and front desk staff to deal with noise situations. We realize that a 20% discount may not be enough to change the discomfort felt by some of our guests. However, we wanted to do something...

Initial opinion - looks nice, but, I was surprised when personell complains about other customers who they assisted before me. which puts you in an awkward position. First floor the most noise, No heat, TV broken, Scent is ok in rooms, decor below average. Gat location if you are looking to get to the outlets, and a + is the... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for a family get together and a day at splish splash. The hotel is okay for what else is around and the pool was great, nice and big and warm. The rooms were adaquate for a Best Wetern but not much else to rave about. The restaurant was a little on the high... more
