This was my second time at Omega and I am so glad I had the opportunity to go back!. My previous trip was four years ago for a weekend yoga workshop. It was a wonderful trip, although now having spent 5 days there this time 'round, I realized that being there for a weekend is really just too short. I... more

I stayed for 1 week in a cabin B room. The beds are very small, the sheets and blankets are chintzy the bathroom and shower stall not too clean. The water that comes out of the faucet in the bedroom has an acrid smell. The grounds are lovely and the staff helpful and happy. If you're just going for R... more

I have stayed at Omega twice this year and plan on gong back again before the season ends. The first time I went to Omega's R&R weekend I stayed in the tent cabin and while I was excited to be able to sleep and rise in the woods I was a bit creeped out being there by myself. There are... more

I spent two nights at Omega in a Single Cabin with a private bath. It was rustic, yet the decor was modern. There were hardwood floors in the bedroom and tile in the bathroom. I was grateful to have my own bath, as many of the accommodations offered on the campus have shared baths. The shower tile and the sink... more

OMEGA is a class-act! The workshops are fantastic and the campus lovely. I wish I had stayed in the moderately-priced accomodations on-campus or at a nearby hotel. Instead, I rented a vacation home in the area from www.vrbo.com and the landlord STOLE MY DEPOSIT. That's right, I paid an inflated price for a mold-infested old house at 474 Field Rd,... more

Omega is a great retreat for those really looking to get away from it all. The sense of community make it relaxing and refreshing to be in a place where people are truly kind spirited. Kayaking/canoeing on the lake were great. Food was refreshingly good- mostly vegetarian. We stayed in the single dorms.....very sparce but clean. Evening programs were good,... more

Omega is a converted summer camp and that says it all, nothing luxurious about the place, very outdoorsy - but nice if that is what you're into. I would recommend the single deluxe dorm. It's not a dorm at all but a small renovated room with a bath down the hall, wall insulation is non-existant. The basic single dorms have... more

I just got back from a weekend workshop at Omega and feel relaxed, re-balanced, and ready to face to cruel real world again. Omega has a nice variety of classes to choose from: cooking, songwriting, trapezing skills, and empowerment types of things. For the most part, I think you need to be open-minded and open to the self-improvement process in... more

Omega is not luxurious, but the grounds are beautiful & immaculately kept. It feels like returning to a nice summer camp in Maine. They have beautiful gardens, trees, a nice swimming lake, lots of nooks to sit in with hammocks or adirondack chairs, and the cabins are spartan but very clean. The food was excellent - all vegetarian yet very... more
