Do not book this room. If you book the room with your credit card, and cancel the room in plenty of time to avoid being charged, they will still charge your card. I had booked this room, and then read the reviews. I called to cancel the room after reading all of the negative reviews, and was told that it... more

I should have known something was up. First of all this used to be the Susse Chalet Inn. The name was changed. Walked in lobby it must of been 95 'F in there. They tried to make me pay for room at CHECK-IN! The non-smoking room reeked ok smoke! the towels were thread bare. The door was kicked in in... more

Oh dear! I was passing thru' and needed a bed for the night. I had picked up a magazine at a rest area which had a voucher for this hotel, making it the cheapest in the area. I went directly to reception and paid for the night without looking around first. My mistake. As I then drove around to my... more

This place is disgusting. There was Mold all over the bathroom floor and ceiling. The bathroom ceiling tiles were stained and water logged and there was toilet paper stuffed in the ceiling to prevent further leakage. Our towels we re-used and still damp from the previous morning and they smelled terrible. We saw three "roach" like critters crawlers through the... more

Beware the motel is a health hazard. There is mold growing on the walls, the rooms are beyond dirty, and there is an infestation of bugs I even caught the manager setting up breakfast in his underwear. I spoke to the owner which stated he fired the manager. Hard to fire yourself. more

This hotel should be closed down by the board of health. It is filthy and is in a very bad part of town. The room was dirty, the mattress was stained, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the walls are yellow, smoke stained and the room smells smokey and musty. We did not stay there after we saw... more

...that would be a lie. We should have done more research, but at the time we were desperate for a (cheap) room as we had an engagement in Saratoga NY and there were not many vacancies in the area during racing season. Go elsewhere. No really, go. I might not have been so disgusted if I was charged a fraction... more

This place is really scary from the outside. There are people that live here on a weekly basis (transients). Since every other hotel in the area was booked, we had no choice but to stay. The only positive thing I can stay is that the sheets were clean. more
