Had a good stay at the Plattsburgh Econo Lodge during Columbus Day weekend 2006. This is the second time I have stayed here on the way to Montreal; this time my wife came with me. She was not happy with the bed in the first room they gave us, so we were upgraded to a "Spa Suite," which was much better. The gym was small but usable, and the breakfast was good and open... more

Stayed at the Econo Lodge in July of 2005. We visted Plattsburgh for a family reunion. We picked the Econo for the Indoor & Outdoor pool! It was very nice to enjoy during the hot Summer days. Seems like this property had a previous life before becoming an EconoLodge - it's an older building with only some minor renovations. It's nice and quiet (the buildings with guest rooms are set far back from the road), with ample parking and interior corridors. But the in room furnishings are spartan and worn. My room's alarm clock was continually flashing... more
