Not as nice as other Residence Inn properties. I had many issues during my stay. The front desk staff not aware of their own available room types. The WiFi had very spotty connectivity, the hot water ran out and our daughters had to take luke warm showers. They ran out of breakfast items one morning and other mornings were very... More

We frequent this local Marriott's restaurant, Baldino's, on a fairly regular basis for weekend dining with friends, for celebration dinners as well as New Year's. We LOVE the food (Brian the head chef is superb), the staff is exceptional (especially Phil), and the ambience is fantastic, with a huge fish tank that even has a fish that looks like Jimmy... More

This hotel just the job just perfectly. The staff is charming and helpful and you feel that they genuinely care. The rooms are large but the bathroom small. I'd really recommend staying here even just overnight as you'll relax quickly. Only small point, the wifi is absolutely useless. Disconnects continously, so if I need Wifi (like most of us do)... We chose this location due to proximity of our needs during the Holidays but found it to be quite expansive with several unexpected amenities. Room was nice, free wi-fi, but it also had a huge lobby with a grand piano and restaurants to enjoy. Nice looking pool and rooms for extra fun for the kids, if you want that in... More

This hotel might not be brand new, but it is absolutely your best find in Plainview, NY. Staff is kind, caring and concerned. If you are there more then a week they all know you by name. They offer a full breakfast every day and dinner five days a week. The dinner is prepared in their own kitchen. Although not... More

We stayed for a long weekend when my daughter had a business seminar in Long Island. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised by the elegant lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, and even had a walk in closet. The included breakfast was splendid! There is a wide variety of fresh fruits, eggs,... More

Stayed here New Years Eve 2014. The check in was quick and simple. We had a nice room on the first floor. Very spacious everything layed out nicely. I think the bathroom could be bigger though, very small. The closet in room was walk in and very spacious. We didn't eat there. I heard the restaurant there is nice. Parking... More

Plenty of room, great little kitchen, helpful, friendly staff. But: cart your own luggage, shampoo and conditioner not enough to do my hair once, sheets didn't get changed, room service menu blah. Free breakfast is nice but not amazing. I didn't try the free dinner; all the menus were rather limited and blah. Can make coffee in the room but... More

Great service from the front desk. A super place to stay on Long Island as not too far out, but still handy to Manhatten which is only 40 minutes drive. This hotel does not charge for parking, and offers free coffee in the room and breakfast. Rooms are larger then usual hotel rooms.

This hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and cozy, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is good and, even more impressive, there's a free dinner buffet Sun-Thu nights that even includes beer, wine, and soda. Who else offers that? While it's not gourmet, it's solid food and there's enough variety to make everyone happy. This is a... More
