Nice place to stay in Phoenicia. Close to everything. Room was clean and amply sized. Plenty of firewood available for the fire pit. We stayed two nights this July and the kids loved the hiking trails nearby and the tubing on the Esopus. This was our second stay and we will surely return.

What a lovely place, very near the town, close to both Hunter mountain and Belleayer mountain for skiing. Very nice and accommodating owners, rooms are very clean and cozy. The whole place is so peaceful and quiet. A great place to stay for a weekend away from the city. We will definitely return.

We lived in a Room #7 and had an awesome experience. The place is absolutely clean. The owners are very warm and kind people, always ready to help and offer suggestions. Free breakfast was good. I would definitely come back to this place in spring or summer.

The location of this nice lodge is perfect for exploring the Catskill Mountains. I really enjoyed the main lodge for the continental breakfast in the morning. The great variety of breakfast foods and drinks made the start of my day exceptional, with conversations with the owners. My room was warm when I arrived and the room service was excellent. The... Stayed in cabin 6 beginning of December. The cabin was very clean and we absolutely loved the gas fireplace controlled by thermostat. Also this is located In very convenient area right on route 28 - Bellyeare, hunter mountain, peek a moose restaurant, Emerson spa are all located nearby.

Let's start off by saying to all the City Slickers - if you're looking for marble bathrooms, I suspect you won't find that in the Catskills. But if you're fine with a small, cozy, clean cabin, with nice people at the helm, then you'll be happy here. We stayed here for the proximity to hiking, and a quick respite away.... More

My son and I spent four nights, using the Lodge as a base for exploring many trails and views. We had a small, but more than adequate motel unit with two very comfortable twin beds; cabin #9. Very clean, away from the road noise, 0.5 mi from the village. Short walk to classic scenery. Continental breakfast was generous with lots... More
