Unassuming inn with friendly owners....and 2 dogs who followed my kids. Easy drive to Niagara Falls. Great fresh breakfast made from scratch...a rarity nowadays. The rooms were decent and clean....had a nice deck area. They charge $25/pp extra for more than 2 people in a suite.

This was the first time my daughter and I have stayed at a B&B. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome in their home. Everything exceeded our expectations. On our little trips hotels will no longer be an option. As we are both dog lovers Pippi and Luna were a special bonus. They were very well behaved and a... More

I spent the night at the Yorkshire Inn as I had business in the next town. It was such a delightful experience that I hated it to end. The Inn is quaint and charming but has every amenity that you could wish for. I loved having access to the beverage and coffee bar located right outside of my room, as... More

I recently stayed at the Yorkshire Inn for one night with my mom and sister while on a girls shopping trip. We arrived at the Inn and were greeted enthusiastically by the 2 dogs, and the owners. We stayed in the Lodge Suite, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a quiet evening, and with a fully booked Inn... More

We were only able to stay one night, but would have been happy to stay longer in this beautiful bed and breakfast inn. We got a good recommendation about where to have dinner in nearby Geneva, and because Phelps is a little off the beaten track, we enjoyed a very quiet stay in the Rose Room. The interior has been... Thank you for your kind review. We also thank you for mentioning Pippi and Luna, our two dogs. We want to ensure that every guest at The Yorkshire Inn knows that we have two friendly dog who live with us at the inn. We recently upgraded the old television in the Rose Room. While the little tube style TV kind... More

A welcoming and charming place -- the building is full of history; built in 1770s by a 'gentleman farmer' and became a stagecoach stop in the 1800s. The renovations to the common areas and bedrooms are top-notch. A full, homemade, and very satisfying breakfast capped off our stay. The hosts are knowledgable, helpful, and interesting people. The dogs are a... More

We booked the Yorkshire Inn after much searching for a B n B with two bedrooms, one with twin beds, and a handicapped accessible bathroom for our 90 something Mom. The Yorkshire Inn's Rose Suite answered our quest and then some. The rooms were spacious with a queen sleigh bed in one, double closets and two twin trundle beds in... More

We had a great stay at the Yorkshire Inn. The host was very nice and he was a great cook!! Just an FYI, if you are not a dog person than this is not the place for you, the dogs run the roost...lol. We stayed in The Lodge, the room was large and comfortably slept the 5 of us. The... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. Our room was the Blue Room and it was very nice but you have to like light (not sun) in the morning to wake you up. The owners are friendly & nice. Our breakfast was filling and tasty. It was enjoyable to chat with the other guests while we ate. The two friendly... More

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, that is our goal. We recently made some changes to the Blue Room. The thing that people have been most complimentary about (regarding the Blue Room) is how bright and sunny it is. The thing that has been the number one complaint (of other guests) is how bright and sunny it is.... More
