We stayed several days at Los Gatos and were really pleased. The house was very comfortable, the food was delicious and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Very convenient location as well. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Los Gatos again.

This B&B was a nice surprise! Pics on the Internet do not always paint the real picture. This place was more than we could have hoped for. Beautiful, clean and the owners were nice, friendly, helpful with information about the area. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Our first visit here was four years ago and we keep coming back each year. They are excellent hosts, warm and friendly and they know the area whether you want to know about wineries, what events are going on or where to eat during the day.

We stayed here with a livingsocial package and everything was perfect. Burney & Susan were wonderful hosts and they take great care of their B&B. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! I was totally satisfied with the entire portion of our trip to the Penn Yan region. Our cabin was immaculate and Burney & Susan were great attentive hosts. We are already trying to book a return visit and Los Gatos will be our destination once again! JW
