The Colonial Motel hasn't change much in 40 years, but it is still a comfortable place to stay. The room had a kitchenette which was stocked with basic supplies. The entire room was clean although a bit small. Parking is somewhat limited but adequate. It is located on a quiet street fronting Keuka Lake and is very close to Keuka... More

We stayed here for three nights in July. We would not wish to stay here again. The room was so thick with drywall texture, I could only describe it as being inside a grotto. We had a "suite", which basically was a one bedroom with a kitchen and dining area in the main room. The main room also had two... More

This is our 2nd time to stay at Colonial Motel. The Bon Ton Roulet weekly bicycle ride stopped in Keuka Park for 2 days and we stayed here again since we had a good experience last time. This time was no exception. While the place is old, it is clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have... More

This is an older property, but its kept clean. Could do with new mattress our room had a small kitchenette which was nice. The only mirror is in the bathroom really inconvenient for two females trying to get ready to go out. Really liked the owner, but the place could do with some refurbishment. Last but not least its expensive.... More

This motel was a huge disappointment! The building is old and dark. We didn't have control of the a/c-- we had to call the owner at the front desk every time we wanted the a/c turned on and in the middle of the night the room was warm again because they had turned the a/c off! There is no view... More

Although we found the rooms to be clean, the place was old, outdated and unpleasant. It appears that the owners have no intention of renovating the place. The beds sagged in the middle, and certain rooms the owner had control of the air conditioning. There were rooms with kitchenettes, but they could have at least offered fresh coffee in the office... I have enjoyed the owners' hospitality several times over the years, most recently this summer (2013). I have stayed in several different rooms, all invariably clean with kitchenettes, microwaves, stoves, and comfortable air conditioning that I have left on continuously through my stay. The rooms have always been consistently cleaned each day, with fresh towels and linen, and I have... More

Very unimpressive...old dilapidated property...I don't know what the other reviewers mean by clean rooms, but I was greeted by the smell of musk when I walked into my room, found spiders in the corner, cobwebs next to the bed, and the towels in the washroom are filthy. I thought I was safe by bringing my own towel, but room service... More

Stay here if you enjoy old hot, stuffy rooms. We had to ask owner to turn it on each day, then he would shut off in a few hours- during the night! Fan was provided but loud & noisy along with the refrigerator. Rug was green & old, probably just as unclean as the very old bedding! No Kleenex, only 1 towel,... More

There are several buildings. They are all old. We stayed in the upper building. The room was clean. There is a kitchenette, but no microwave. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee. No hairdryer. No Kleenex in the room. Some of the rooms do not have air conditioning. There is no ice machine. WiFi worked good in the rear... More
