Not surprised to see so many superlative ratings for this B & B, and pleased to add ours. Dani and Todd are fine hosts and have built a facility with wine-country charm in an ideal setting. The east porch is perfect for the 5 p.m. happy hour (featuring Todd's very own vintages) and provides a great view of Seneca Lake.... More

A really nice overnight stay at this wonderful B&B. The place is very clean, decor is neutral and quite pleasant. Only 4 bedrooms, each with separate rest room, and ceiling fans for comfort. We had a very good night's sleep. A late afternoon snack of their own bottled wine and some cheese and Italian sausage slices. A nice touch. Breakfast... More

New Vines is a great B & B if you are visiting Senaca Lake in the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York. The owners are very accommodating and their home is spectacular. We came with three other couples, two of which have been here multiple times. The hospitality shown by the owners was great. The property is centrally located... More

Went here this weekend for a girls trip to wine country. I could not be happier with our experience. The house is new, clean and very comfortable. Great porch and views, with plenty of seating overlooking the lake and their on-site vineyards. Delicious breakfast with fresh picked fruits and veggies from their personal garden. The hosts were warm and accommodating,... More

This. B&B is a gem. Our room is very large and comfortable. We overlook Seneca Lake and the small vineyard that hosts Dani and Todd manage. The front porch is a lovely place to gaze out over the lake while enjoying a glass of the B&B's own wine. We enjoyed a bottle of Marquette so much, we added it to... More

What a wonderful time we had at New Vines. Because the House was built AS a B&B, the rooms are exceptionally spacious and the baths are true baths, not reconverted closets. But, even more important than the physical attributes of New Vines are the owners themselves. Dani and her husband Todd are SUPERB hosts, making all feel welcome. They have... More

My wife and I recently took a weekend trip to the wine country region of New York. We stayed at the New Vines Bed and Breakfast, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the time of our arrival, the owners were warm and inviting, ensuring that we made ourselves at home. The bed and breakfast was... More

We stayed here the night of our 13th anniversary and weren't disappointed. Great view, big rooms and a big breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Finger Lakes. We were sorry we didn't get a chance to taste some of their wine.

Todd and Dani are great hosts making you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The house is spotless and the view of the lake is awesome. Dani makes a breakfast that is out of this world. If you want a really relaxing non-commercialized stay you must visit New Vines B&B. You won't be disappointed. My wife and... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
New Vines B&B represents a unique niche in the B&B industry. It is a newly constructed home, designed to be a B&B. It includes all modern amenities while the energy efficiency is friendly on our environment. Many of our guests are trying a B&B for the first time, and are finding that they love the "New" accommodations, along with the personal attention. The Finger Lakes area wine industry is a big draw, and New Vines is conveniently located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and adjacent to the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Wine lovers can also enjoy our backyard vineyard and get an up close and personal look at small scale grape growing and wine making. ... more   less
